Personally I like k712. The K702 sounds more like byerdynamic DT 990 pro (but better and it is the Personal opinion). I also like how the K612 sound (neutral). Have a Great Time!
again, the original are splendid on my Tinhifi P1 max.. the AKG K702 still sound great, kinda harsh comparing to original..i dunno if its just from your recording setup or is it true that K702 sound a lil bit harsh like this..the sound of the original are more smoother than K702..maybe not as much as Koss Portapro classic, but still noticable on the harshness on upper mid freq.. but again, thanks for making this content..i really enjoy watching sound demo content like this..
Again, tnx 4 feedback. It is difficult to EQ recorded samples to the original (the way I hear them in real life). It never (never say never) going to be perfect, but the goal is as close as posible.
@@techroom6701 noted, you might wanna take a look other channel like Oluv's gadget, MD Jacques or Jpolt for their sound demo content.. you could take a note from their content..
I believe your recording setup emphasizes bass notes and doesn't give a proper idea of the sound signature. I have a pair EQd to harman target and they sound way more clearer, even though K702s have no bass shelf at all and also have 2-3k emphasis.
I use different mics. Of course record isn't perfect. The point is to give a sample how they sounds, gow I hear them in real life. And it's not easy. I do My Best. Thanks for the comment and bringing the point.
@@techroom6701 I appreciate the work man. I don't really understand about measuring stuff and I'm sure that it's hard. The demo from Oluv's gadget of the same headphones gives a more precise reproduction, and it's becase he EQd his measurement rig if I remember correctly. I hope you can achieve same kind of outcome like him very soon cause no one seems to add, except Oluv, original soundtracks to their demos. So we don't really get the idea how they sound comparing to our own headphones. Keep up the thing man.
Thanks for the demo! I used the K72 and they sound a lot better to me, haha. Personal preference is crazy different, huh..
True! Tnx 4 the comment! :) Have a Great Time! :)
Appreciate it for the awesome work. Hard to decide which one should go for between K702 and K712, this one helps a lot. More like the sound from K702👍

it looks like the K702 is under water

great video. man the 702 are trash for music editing lol
it depends what kind of sound some one likes, they are bright. However they are good for gaming and other stuff. I use every Headphones with some EQ.
@@techroom6701 me too very slightly 125hz up 6 db and I don’t touch nothing else. Maybe a little surround sound just to expend the sound stage
