I am a bit confused on how to do the body. I just finished making the lid, but now I am a bit confused about the 10 sc rows. Is it chain 1, 8 sc, then ss and repeat? Or is it chain 1, 10 sc then ss and repeat? Sorry if this doesn't make sense, it's just the numbers aren't adding up by the end of the first row so I know I am probably doing something incorrect. For it to be "10 rows, does the first chain and slip stitch each count as one, therefore the other 8 would be sc? I hope this makes sense as I am still new to crocheting. Thank you so much !!!
I'm late but a row means going all around the circle. So what I do is put a stitch marker in my first sc of the row, and then continue single crocheting all around until I reach the stitch marker again. Then slip stitch into the stitch with the stitch marker. Then the first row is complete. Do this 10 times, so in total 10 rows.
Idk how to make a sc row and they have to be separated right and then when I’m done i stitch them all together? Like the top bottom and the body someone help😭😭
