I started my channel at the age of 68 with my daughter and two years later we are going strong, stronger than ever in every possible way! We feel we have made a difference in many peoples lives, and we are making a full-time income for both of us. Highly recommend this path to anyone whatever their age. You don’t need to be particularly clever or skilled to run a UA-cam channel. You just need to follow the instructions. We never had a massive video blowup like Jen did - congratulations on that Jen - we got there through the hard slog route of daily videos for six months before we got seen eventually! Now we are headed for 200,000 subscribers and that all seems like a distant memory. I heartily endorse the idea that anyone can have a successful channel. Go for it!
congratulations, I will visit your channel
I've just started watching your channel and it's brilliant. 👏 I might never have found you had it not been for your comment on here. ❤
I started my channel at the age of 62 🤔☺
@@sarahclementsart i agree!!! Most of the people I subscribe to are through comments on channels like this that fall close to my niche. Being over fifty is my niche so subscribing to smaller new channels makes me feel apart of our lovely "growing" older gracefully generation 🥰 new sub here!!
Amazing. Do you offer any training vids in how you and your daughter got going ? What are the instructions we need to follow? Rosemary
Thank you! I am 82 and have wanted to start a UA-cam channel for the past year. I did make a video and then accidentally deleted it!. I need to start again. 😂😂
@conniec4629 keep going - try again
You got this Connie ❤ I just subscribed!
@@OneShipAtATime Awesome!
Thank you!
You should go for it, Connie!
Hi Jen! Girl, you hit the nail on the head! I procrastinated for 2 years with all of the excuses you've mentioned until April 21st 2024 when I recorded my first video. Truly Jen, I gave my perfectionist self the permission to "do it badly" because I knew I would keep getting better the more I did it. I dove off the cliff, Jen! Yay! What's even more cool is that I feel like I God is helping me fly! I'm not falling, Jen. I'm flying! ❤ 😊 ❤
Update: I'm 64 and solo, but my silver is a brown color. Ha-ha!!

@letsgrowandprosper6562 Oh my goodness, thank you!
How exciting for you! Your first year on UA-cam! I’ve subscribed in support of another small UA-camr…but also because I hope to retire early with the help of my UA-cam channel, so your tips may be helpful! Cheers to Small UA-camrs! 🥂💯💕🙏
Well done Valerie!
I just subscribed ❤ Well done!

Yes, you are an inspiration! I just started my channel at 62. I’m doing it for my kids so they have something to remember me by. I don’t have many subscribers or views yet, but i am having a blast! Learning so many new skills and excited to leave a part of me behind for my kids. Thank you for your inspiration and your motivation. It feels like we’re all in this together and that is huge!
You have a new subscriber today! I love doing meditations before work and before bed. I’ve added you to my list of choices! And with working full time and growing my own channel, I will need all the calm visualizing I can get! Thank you for what you are offering. Happy to support another small and new channel! 💕👍🙏
@@beautifullifesageg.3951 thank you so much! Bear with me, I’m a work in progress. 😀 I can’t wait to start in on binging your channel. I see lots of good things on it! Isn’t this fun!
You're speaking my heart..totally agree with you😊
Your videos are really awesome.. I am 58 and recently started my channel on arts and crafts ( thats my passion)... there are times when I want to give up because I do not get much recognition as compared to the hardwork i put in but I am not a quitter ...I get back again and give it my best shot again...thankyou for making such relatable videos..appreciate it ❤
My son has been asking me about my recipes...so I might start a channel on this
Thank you for being a "Silver Guru" and your inspiration. I'm almost 59 and I get very frustrated with UA-cam advice not only geared towards younger viewers but stating any alternatives are wrong. I think its ok not to talk 50 miles per hour and to not be flashy! I have a small environmental education channel and your advice is perfect for me. And I love the dog walk videos ♥🦮🌳
The young people have lots of opinions but not so much knowledge, and the people over 40 with the knowledge aren’t sharing it. I think we (the olders) have to do better. Thanks for the impetus!!
Girl, I'm with ya on that one! No need to be all glitz and glamour. Genuine is my priority.
You have a nice channel. Looking forward to seeing more!
My biggest challenge-PROCRASTINATION!
I’m trying to break through that! I procrastinate when I get overwhelmed, then somehow push through feeling overwhelmed. Once I push through I feel stronger.
I just published my first Christian Children’s book! Wrote it and did all the illustrations! Now my publisher wants me to start a YT channel.😳😳😳
That’s how I found you! Kudos for overcoming!
I’m enjoying your content . You’re very inspirational! Thank you! Keep up the good work!
Jen, I told you so. You have 50,000 subs and counting! I'm holding you to the goal of 100,000!
Yeeeeeaaaa!!! Get it! 💪
Isn’t it amazing! I watched when she had less than 100! It’s so exciting to watch her growth. And inspiring! 🙏💕💯
She's gonna get there, for sure!
lol! The “SILVER PEOPLE”. Yes! I would buy that T-shirt. ❤
Much better than Grey heads!!😂

I started my channel with a cracked phone camera📱...it's going, and I am amazed. I want it to take off as a YT success but I think I haven't focused on a subject of influence but only some form of entertainment. I will say I am hooked regardless. I needed to hear this today. I may read my life journal next because content is struggle.
Thank you, Jen! You have given me the motivation to get up and work on getting my kitchen cabinets painted - something I’ve been working on for months! I’ve come to realize it is out of fear of failure that has gotten in my way of completing this project. “Better done than perfect”, my new mantra!
I wanted to start in 2016 and I started in 2024. Finally jumped off that cliff, and you know what, I survived and I’m having a blast. It has to be in my time though. It’s time now.
Me too! 🤗
I'm 45 and just started posting again after taking a decade off. I went from 2k subs in February to over 100k now using shorts. My channel is outdoor content. Glad to see your channel is moving up too!
Wow. Love your videos. Subscribed. I make mostly nature and wildlife videos. Hoping to get better and enjoy some more time outdoors.😊
WOW! That's sooo inspiring! 🤩🤩 I'm finally starting now, after 8 years of procrastinating 😅
Wow! I hope my channel would grow like that too! Congratulations!
No idea how you and your channel blew up so quickly. I’ve been following you before you got monetized and started my own channel because of you. I got 500 subscribers in 6-8 weeks and then everything stopped. Very discouraging. I’m going to keep going for a bit but if it doesn’t grow anymore I’ll just be watching and not posting anymore. I love u and your channel, very inspiring and love the dog walks. Keep it going.
Don’t give up. It’s a learning exercise and we all have something to offer. Keep learning and it will happen.
My biggest obstacle was getting over my insecurities. What motivated me is the desire to share my knowledge as a 53 year old gardener, cook and artist. I think we are harder on ourselves than necessary so I plug through the learning curve at a later age. I shall pesrevere and get 1% better each video ❤ Much love you all of us navigating this new world of UA-cam.
Yes! 1% better is the way to go! When I look at my first video and compare it to now…I’m amazed at how much I’ve learned. 😻
Hello my solo sister! I started following you about three weeks ago and you are so pleasant to listen to and such an inspiration! Major procrastinator here 🙋♀️ so this video was perfect for me. Thank you so much for the links and tips for getting off my butt and getting started. In reading the comments, so many of your videos you can definitely tell there are many of us in the same shoes on many of your topics. Thanks again for your courage and kindness for sharing your journey 🌻
Love your channel. Thank you for sharing your journey!
You are truly an inspiration to others.. You've found your calling, definitely. Thank you, Jen. ❤
Hi Jen! Thank you for your video that encourages people to follow their goals. I started my English channel in November but I stopped and now I've started again. It is a challenge for me being Spanish to have a channel in English. So I will be watching your videos, I hope to make my channel bigger and more successful following your tips.
I needed to hear this. I'm a single mom, 47 years old, and kinda suffering from anxiety because a lot of things happened almost at the same time. My world suddenly stopped and I don't know where to start. I've wanted to start vlogging but don't know what niche I have to video. Anyway, thank you so much. Good luck and hello from the Philippines🌹
Just do it! Your niche will find you 🥰
“Done is better than perfect”! I’ve been working on my YT channel in fits and starts over the past year…clearly procrastination. 😂 Thank you for all of this! It’s motivating and the timing is perfect. I’m done with being stuck in the endless to do lists of getting ready. I’m definitely ready. Thanks again for your honest transparency. So refreshing especially for us in the silver squad! ❤
yes Jen so true: awareness is everything. Very well said. I think there is no one out there who has never procrastinated. looking at why is so helpful. For me I see that sometimes it is just an excuse to not move forward in my life. I can be lazy or want change however not prepared to actually take action. I heard somewhere that when there is something I really want just start by giving it 10 minutes. I have done this and of course after 10 minutes I just choose to go for longer. you mentioned building on something that seems insurmountable with little bites at a time. This tool so works for me. Thanks again for all of this knowledge and observations they so help to really put it into perspective. I think telling myself the truth about myself and just getting that is the key. Knowing why helps me to work around that.
thanks again for all the info links.
Jen youre an inspiration to me! I'm really trying to do this by posting every week and challenging myself to push through my fears and perfectionism and not knowing what I'm doing and not being good enough. Also going through things in my personal private life. But your success really helps, so thank you!!
Jen, I found your UA-cam tips playlist in early March this year and binge-watched them all. You inspired me to resurrect my channel, which at the time had 10 subscribers from a bunch of videos about Covid, all posted 4 years ago. As a 63 year old retired man, I decided to niche down on the retirement niche. I deleted all my old videos, changed my channel description and banner, and on Thursday, 4th, April 2024, I posted my first retirement-related video. 6 weeks and 12 videos later, I hit 1000 subscribers, 4000 watch hours and the holy grail of monetisation. Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would only take 6 weeks. I optimistically hoped for 12 months and readied myself for a 2-year slog. It wouldn’t have happened if I hadn’t found your channel. Thank you. The key takeaways for me from your UA-cam tips series were to research, learn from the experts about video production and channel management and try to improve every video. That’s what I did. I’ve consumed hours of content about talking to the camera, editing, creating thumbnails, writing descriptions, and keyword research. Thank you again.
This is fabulous! Well done, you! All my best wishes for your channel! Subbed!
Did you just read my procrastinating mind Jen? Quite spooky that you posted this after I was gung-ho 2 weeks ago about starting a channel but have been getting that rancid feeling this week after BIG self doubts have slowed that motivation right down having seen myself on my first recorded videos. Just the pep talk that was needed and I'll be pinning this video for a second + spin for sure. That quote "done is better than perfect" is going straight into my treasured art journal. 🙏
I have watched all your videos on getting started on UA-cam because my son is Graduating from High School and is ready to create Animation. He has been creating videos for 2 years now and is 18 years old , it’s go time! I will be guiding him with the business end and all things Algorithm. Your videos are a God Send❣️ Thank you❤
That is awesome!
I have continued making videos again with fresh inspiration at 67! Thank you so much for your super inspiring videos that I am following with happiness. I was down and stopped after a few posts with no inspiration to speak of. I'm totally fired up now and feel supported and validated. That what we do is fun and valid and does not have to be top notch to post and be enjoyed. Also your subject matter is so relatable but I just did not know how to convert thoughts into action. Again, lowering the bar and just getting on with the ideas was the magic hack. Thank you so much for sharing your journey and experiences and being a key to change!
Are you inside my head? There are elements of all the self-sabotage types in my lack of action. Thank you for your words. And your words on perfectionism apply to another project I just won't proclaim done and turn over to the friends waiting for it. Thanks!
Yep, all the excuses! I’ve got’em too! Self sabotage sneaks up on you until you discover this about yourself. Even knowing this about yourself, it can still creep in when you least expect it. I am my own worst enemy at times but admitting it and making course corrections quickly have helped me tremendously.
My daughter built my channel probably 17 years ago for me, but now i am taking over and hopefully can figure out a niche and learn to edit.
I am hooked on just how REAL and believable you are. A New fan !!
Thanks so much! I'm loving your videos and you encouraged me to launch my channel and publish my first video today. Yay! Go us!
Jen - maybe your niches helping Gen X or people over 50 getting their channels going. I am following you now and I would love to keep up with learning with from you. You don’t talk really fast like some of the experts.
Seeing your videos has encouraged and motivated me to finally start posting more videos on here. Love your authenticity!
I think your marvellous Jen. You inspired me to start my UA-cam channel, I did it!! 🎉 I uploaded my first tutorial 'tonight' & made a Vlog 2 weeks ago after watching you. Thank you so much. Keep creating & growing. ❤️
I turned 50 and thought I have to do it now! Artists like Diane Antone really inspired me and now you! I launched my channel nearly a year ago now. I make videos about my sketchbook practice, art materials and the nature that inspires me. I’m getting there slowly but surely and learning as I go. I love sharing my passion with others and hopefully spread some joy at the same time. Thank you for sharing. 🙏💜
Wow, i just included watching Ali abdaal once a day in my schedule to improve my productivity and you to motivate my youtube journey, and you just mentioned him
Love that!
New Subscriber! I'm so happy that you decided to share your journey here on UA-cam because obviously your message is helping so many of us. Especially in our age group! I'm almost 58 and have been making UA-cam videos for 3 years. It has been challenging to say the least but I decided this year to truly commit myself to growing my channel. I changed a few things I was doing and although I'm not quite sure it has helped yet, I will keep going. Currently I am at 527 and my goal is to get to a 1000 by the end of the year. Although I am in this age group, I am an older mom of twin boys. One of my boys has autism and having my channel gives me a place to share our story. Again this morning I was starting to feel like giving it a rest. I found your channel, started to binge your videos and decided to change my attitude and keep going. I'm happy to support you and any other small channel that I can. You have helped me a great deal today and for that my friend, I thank you.
You are just the shot in the arm I needed! I spent time today researching editing apps for my videos. I recently got brave and uploaded a few videos to my channel. It was pretty scary, but I’m glad I did it. You have inspired me to be disciplined about uploading videos on a regular basis. This is totally an answer to questions I’ve been throwing out to the universe on how to generate some income. By the way, I’m 69 years old and alone.
It definitely helps when you become aware of how you are actually sabotaging yourself! Great advice, Jen! I finally started my channel a few weeks ago. If i can do it, anyone can!
Thanks for inspiration and information.
Hey Jen I have a question for you. Firstly, I just love your energy, you're so full of life and positive. I'm 29 and really struggling to make it on youtube, Your journey is really inspiring. I have binge watched all your videos, they are great! My question to you is, when you decided to monetize your channel, did you consciously plan your video topics? what did you focus on making your videos about? can you please share what your content plan was at that time and what worked for you? thanks so much, keep up the great work!
I put up videos about my UA-cam journey on my Patreon site and the community there are all about starting and building UA-cam channels. Very supportive and helpful. www.patreon.com/SilverandSolo
You are an amazing inspiration! My son and I started a cooking channel just three months ago. I am working hard cooking, I have a very humble kitchen but cooking with my heart, and having fun. 🥰Blessings to you and all your subscribers. P. S. I'm also in my 50's.
That is awesome!
Hi Jen. You are so inspiring! I have been thinking of starting posting in UA-cam for years, and I am still here doubting myself. I feel like you have read my mind with every single one of your self-sabotaging points. I really want to make the plunge and wish I can do it sooner than later. Thank you!!!!!
Girl are you talking about me again? lolol Sooo speaks to be on so many levels. Keep up the inspiring videos. I can only speak for myself saying they are really helping but I'm so sure they are speaking to so many other people as well looking at the comments.
Hi Jen
I am a 50 something, expert procrastinator! but found your growing a small youtube channel series just before you became monetarised.
At the time i was working on getting my first " in front of camera" video done and as i had been studying how to do all this from the same youtubers as yourself, everything you were doing resonated with my own plans( even if an entirely different niche).
I am a wet felter, diagnosed with Parkinsons 7 years ago, aged 46. I want to create videos that help other people with disabilities continue or start felting, whilst staying relevant in my niche when i can no longer felt. Also contribute to the family finances and hopefully give us financial security. ie help to pay the mortgage.
I am incredibly busy this month with first accounts needing submitting and a craft stall on the 1st day of next month. This is on top of all life's other commitments But i started anyway! I guess the youtubing became my procrastination to avoid the accounts!
But anyway, I wanted to thank you! I am sure that my journey to monetization will be longer but i am grateful for the real life evidence that it is doable and presented in such a genuine way!
Thank you!
Karen, owner of Fflwff
"Stitch it all together" I love it! Thank you for this wonderful and insightful information!
I watch quite a few UA-cam videos and think your camera and lighting and techniques produce some of the best looking, videos out there. Beautiful quality pictures. Many congratulations - you've nailed it!
Great video and advice Jen! I started my channel last year, age 53, I'm learning alot and enjoying the journey.
Solid advice. I’ve been putting off starting a channel since 2017. 🤦♂️
Me too! I finally committed to doing it last week thanks to Jen and @AlexaSaarenoja 🥰
Your channel pushed me to finally post my first ever video and wanted to say thank you.
That is awesome!
Don't let perfection be the enemy of the good! Good analysis and inspiration
Great advice. I like the way you made a video out of it to help others and yourself.
Awww you posted my comment on your video! 🤗🤗 YOU! Are doing excellent! Killing it! Great job.
BTW..I love the sarcasm, the humor, and the encouragement to do better and even listing all the excuses. People need to hear it. They are excuses and it’s wonderful that you are inspiring others! I’ll be honest… watching you this past week or so since I’ve subscribed, you have made me want to work harder on how I want to deliver my story, how setbacks such as growing up with lower class means, life after loss and how to cope, basically learning young that I had to overcome a lot to get where I am today and nobody should lose hope.
Just hope to really change someone’s life one day. I feel the younger generation will grow up on UA-cam, cable is out… so with that, my experience with a select few and their words of wisdom really impacted my choices and to become BETTER… so I hope to change some kids life one day just by them watching UA-cam.
Also! This week, what has helped me the most was to stop scrolling. I quit FB & INSTA for a week now, just watching UA-cam videos on how Canva, ChatGPT and CapCut all work and benefit us… well! I tell ya! Not scrolling can help you learn!! I’ve gained so much info and learning a ton!! Thank you for inspiring me Jen! And just being who you are. Stay Gold! 💛
LOL! Sounds like you're doing all the right things! Keep it up!
All the above.. Adjusting my work schedule (2 jobs & homesteading), so I can start posting. Thank you for the moral support!
Excellent!
Good story 👏Thank you so much for your support 🙏❤️
This is great! I started a channel a couple of years ago and had to set it aside for a while. I’m back at it and making myself posting at least one long video a week. I watch my subs grow at least 1 person a day.
I just did my first video due to your encouragement. It wasn't perfect but I got it started. Also said I would make one video each Sunday. Thanks, Jen you are just great
Congratulations! Everything gets easier after the first one!
Loving what you do. Brilliantly explained. Thank you ❤
Oh my gosh, when you said, "when friends and family find out...", that really struck a cord with me. That's my brick wall, lol. Time to get the sledge hammer out and just do it! Thank you.
Thank you so much! I needed this pep talk.
Hey! I'm 56 and just started my youtube journey. I'm making it a priority, even though I have no idea what I'm doing 😂
Go for it!
Im not silver yet but I am a self sabotaging person, and I admire what you said. Thank you ! Your awesome !
No interest in starting a UA-cam channel but I sure enjoy this one. Thanks, Jen! 😊
You're so welcome!
Guilty as charged :-) Just the video I needed--thank you!
Wow thanks so much for your encouragement❤️ I've been procastinating on uploading longer videos and I'm so glad I found your channel giving me positive insights how to get my goal for my channel. I like "Done is better than perfect." Big thanks again🥰

Thank you for all your tips ❤❤ Inspiring
You are very inspiring!! I will be 58 I 2 weeks and I am procrastinating!
Hi Jen, I've been procrastinating to start a UA-cam channel. Because I really have no clue how to begin I've never edited. I guess I need to watch UA-cam videos on editing. Anything you could recommend getting started where you found the information on the process of editing would greatly be appreciated! Your videos inspire me and I appreciate the guidance! I started this comment before watching the end of your video... I now see that you put links to the videos you watched. Thank you thank you

Hi, Jen: I have the time, I know how to do it, I’m not afraid, I’ve posted many videos but… I’m wildly inconsistent & am a world class procrastinator so… I need the carrot to get me motivated. Thank you. 😊
Thank you so much. Your videos have really helped me. I'm a self sabotager.
Amazing to see your channel grow. You are an inspiration ❤ great video and breakdown.
ps: How you have recommended the same 3 channels I watched to learn about yt growth is sheer coincidence :) keep growing and shining ✨
Those three channels are GREAT!
Can you make a video telling us how did you end up growing your audience? Was it just posting a video on UA-cam or did you promote it anywhere else
I didn't promote it anywhere, if was just posting on UA-cam.
Hello Jen my name is Bryan. Thanks to you I just started my own UA-cam channel called Class A Life. I have no problem with filming other than right now I suck😂. This editing thing seems to be a issue for me. I was wondering is it better to record one long video and split it up, or record segments and try to join them all together?
Segments. All the way. It's way easier to stitch them together.
Good morning Jen, have a wonderful and blessed 🌹🌹🌹❤❤❤❤
Hello from Toronto! Thanks for all the tips! I just started channel last week and it's kinda nerve wracking. I watched the content creators you mentioned and also found Katie Steckley, she's Canadian, (like us) and I find her so approachable... sorry this isn't a plug 😂. Well done on your success, enjoying your videos.
I watch Katie too!
Hi Jen, you have inspired me looking to upload my first video by the end of June, just with my iPhone pray for me 😊
Really enjoy your videos!!! Thank you
Thanks for watching!
Hi Jen, I've been following you for a while. I too have a procrastination tendency but I force myself into a "make it happen" mode, then things get done.
I'm 76 and have been a UA-cam creator for a few yeas now. My channel is totally different from yours, loosely categorized as Old Farts doing stuff. Mostly it's a channel of the adventures of my friend and I who are about the same age. I like to do mini documentary style videos and I do some for a fish hatchery in Langley BC and Rotary projects in Kenta and the Philippines. . I have learned a lot about videography and editing, like you, I use Davinci Resolve. There's a lot to learn and, as you said, you can learn all you need to know from UA-cam. I say I go to UA-cam University. There's a lot of crap on UA-cam but, If you can type out an effective search for what you need, you will find it.
Keep up the good work!
I just found your channel & had been playing w/the idea of a channel but, again, thought I couldn’t cuz I’m not “cute or young”.
I’m very worried about learning to edit too.
I would LOVE to see you maybe walk thru how you edit… my daughter says “it’s easy”, but heck I couldn’t get my darn computer to even open chrome this morning! LOL!
There are about a bazillion videos out there on UA-cam about how to edit videos....you'd be in worse shape than you started if I made a "How To" video on editing! :) Good luck!
I enjoy your content, I started a channel and it’s growing slowly, But I won’t give up..
Thank you for you words, I am on my way
The perfectionist! So me!
I am in my 30s but still learn a lot of wisdom from you.
You have done fabulously. Im a great procrastinator but need to get my bum in gear and get organised. Started my youtube channel but im flagging.. I need to be accountable,
I'm so glad I found you! ❤️
Yes! I really love this! Re visit your DREAM! Thank you!
I love your channel and am brewing up to start my own. I'm male, 61, but..... you didnt' mention the procrastination I have :) I don't look good on camera :) I also think my presentation skills aren't succinct and to the point. I know the latter will improve with practice and time, but...... that first one? Any ideas because I really want to do this.
Don't worry about your appearance! Nobody likes the way they look or sound on video, but also, everyone else doesn't care. :) Just be you.
I’m all of the procrastinator examples your shared 😂😂.
Well said
Just curious...do you have a Facebook presence where you can share your videos with that audience?
No, just an Instagram...
I'm a recent subscriber to your channel and I love your content and advice I just watched video 1 thru 4 of your Can I Monetize my small you tube channel because I too have been sitting on the sidelines with starting a channel .I am going to finish watching the rest of the episodes and maybe I will Jump in and get started because of the great info you have been sharing Thanks I'm glad I found your channel Rock On!
I'm struggling coming up with a name. I don't want to use my real name. Love your vlogs!
It took me a while to come up with Silver and Solo, so I feel your frustration....
Don't overthink it, as someone who has worked in branding for 15+ years, its more important to get started. You can change your name later if you don't like your first pick 😊
So, 3.7 million videos are uploaded to UA-cam every day. I know I am an Outlier, but I would encourage others to give it your best shot rather than worry about what people say about Procrastination etc. What's the rush in being Sloppy. There is no reward for putting out less than your best.
30 years ago, I worked at a major luxury hotel and was given the opportunity to create a sign for them. in 2005 they underwent a 24 million renovation. The only thing that was NOT renovated and hung proudly at the hotel was my sign, not because it was done in a rush, but because my FIRST SIGN was very professional and lasted for decades.😎
Wellllll, if your goal is to upload one video...the perfect video...then I think this is a good strategy!
@@silverandsolo No, I just don't want to upload trash if I know a little more work would make something I'm proud of. I don't understand what the rush is. You only have one chance to make a first impression. Get it right first. Whose race are you trying to win? I created and built a quarter of a million-dollar Brazilian Cafe, "Aqui Brazilian Coffee" in MD. almost 10 years ago and opened on the exact opening date I promised the Mall Owner. That included having to redo the entrance way sidewalk modeled after the one on Copacabana Beach. The Contruction crew installed it wrong, so I had to order the tiles again from Brazil and have them laid out again. I still opened on time and years later when I look back at the Cafe, I am extremely proud of what we did. When we opened many people thought it was a franchise and when i told them no, they wanted to franchise it. I realize there are many Procrastinators, especially over 40. I am not one of them.
Any way I am about to go on "sick leave" I will be having Lung Surgery soon. You are doing great, so you don't need my encouragement anymore. Hope to connect on the other side. 😎
What are you using for lighting here? Looks great.
I don't have any special lighting...just natural light from the window, overhead light in the room and luck.
@@silverandsolo Great job. looks really good.
Procrastination is a habit which means that it can be broken ;) Also, it probably means that something is stressing you out so you delay to do it ;)
download what software/ for editing? That's where I'll get overwhelmed. 🙄
