All it matters is how healthy is the person, how effective, efficient a leader is to the party and the people. Even at this age, no one can match his work schedule and his thought process. Advani got two chances, 2004 and 2009 to become PM, he proved inefficient and gave away two chances for the party. Why should the party entrust him a third time? Shouldnt merit and performance be the criteria? Modi is leading from tbe front. Modi deserves another term.

Reality is even Modi would want to retire after 75, but Yogi failed to prove PM like maturity, Modi is what's holding BJP so well, Modi is still performing very well as PM in every part... Jaishankar, Sitaram & Ashwini aren't a leadership material for party politics, Shivaraj is not so smart, Gadkari makes sense... but Modi is fitter than him and Fadnavis is crucial of MH politics, Saha sucked at everything except 370.
So practically in next 2years, either Yogi has to boost his competence, Gadkari has to become fit or one of the popular minsters have to gain party politics skills! All of which is just difficult.
