@@Tomasm21 But I'm saying, it's not classified as an electronic, or 'techno' tune as the game calls it. This is Nashat that is playing, which is the track's designated 'rock' tune. Mystic Peaks' designated 'techno' tune is Kanchenjunga. That tune also has electric guitars, but is far less rock than Nashat. The lines are still a bit blurry in NFS II, but they become a lot clearer in the sequel, where EA actually separated the two genres in the audio settings menu.

The layout of this map was hard af but damn it was beautiful...
Loved the snowy envoronment in this game! Even if the map was pain in the neck.What's nice about Need for Speed - it give you 4 options of every map - standard - mirrored and each one played in reverse direction! Also racing in traffic mode is also fun. Plus cheat code which enables heavy traffic!
I have played this game on LAN, I have connected two computers and with two copies of NFS. it was the best game to play on the local network. I didn't believe it that it worked! I wish that I had some footage of the game play.
What EA needs to do is remaster these old nfs gams like this one and the other 4 that were in the 90s and not change anything about other then use modern graphics and improve the handling physics
When I played this game, I used to try and knock the computer cars off the track. Several years later, I discovered that this was an actual play mechanic in the Burnout games. I guess I was ahead of the times. :)

I've always liked the music of this track. Still fun to pick and play nowadays.
What's interesting - the game had dynamic music- it played cALM mode when ure behind, and powered mode when you are leading.
