I grew up in Dr Phillips and I can tell you that although it is close to Disney and the other parks, it lacks character and substance in terms of neighborhood. Winter Park offers an a cultured and artistic ambience to it and I think that's why more are choosing the downtown/winter park area

Have you done on a video on Metro West and Horizon West? We want to live about 30 mins or less to Disney, yet we prefer to be in Orange County. Looking at the 375 to 450 range at the moment. We are working with a realtor, but inventory seem to just be low overall. Thanks for your videos!

Your videos are awesome & informative.
I'm retiring from my job in a few years & am moving to Orlando to work part-time at Disney. Could you tell me some really close places to Disney where we could move where I would not have to cross I-4 to get to work (we are having trouble narrowing down where to search for a new house)? Is there any other advice that you could give me about moving to the Orlando area? Thanks again for everything that you do with your channel.

Reunion, Davenport, Celebration you can hope on US-192 for park exits. Any cities in four corners! Examples, clermont, Kissimmee, also winter garden! All the best! 🌴

@@MrsMC-hv4px Thanks for all of your help. You are making this much easier for me. I hope we can find a nice house as close as possible to Disney. Golden Oak would be good if I could win the lottery.

@@markedward8519 Are you looking, for a house, or an apartment? Disney is huge, so where are you wanting to work? If you want to work, at Magic adult, or any of their resorts, I recommend Windermere. Disney Springs Lake Buena Vista and International Drive. The city, of Kissimmee, for Animal Kingdom, but make sure that you research the area before you move there. Like someone suggested Celebration and Davenport are good choices too.

@@msrain1235 We are looking for a house. The park doesn't matter because I want to work in attractions at a ride for a year & then become a VIP tour guide. I appreciate the location specific advice based upon the park that someone might work in. I had never thought of it like that. Have you ever worked for Disney & if so what did you do for them? Thanks very much for your help.
