I think there might be an issue with your demo unit. It was SUPER noisy. There was all sorts of digital mess/interference in there. I just A/B’d it against your previous video on the line6 pedal. That noise floor was dead silent, but that was going through your Antelope. For context I’m listening on AirPods PRO through my iPhone but I also checked on my studio monitors and it was there too. I don’t think the issue was on my end.

@@dave5655It’s so noisy that it would be unusable for me, even for the most casual of videos. I originally heard it when I was listening on my iPhone speakers sitting on my desk 2’ away from me, it’s that bad. I’m shocked he didn’t hear it and if he did, I’m shocked he put out the vid without mentioning it. I know you’ve got sponsor obligations to hold, but if “thoughts and opinions are your own” it needs to be addressed that the quality is trash.
Could also be an issue with the UA-cam upload.
It's not unusable lol. Most creators don't care. There's a load of free "ai" noise reduction plugins that can clean it up pretty good these days
The noise is most likely from boosting the gain from the camera instead of the receiver itself.
From my experience boosting gain from the camera will add unnecessary noise. Youll always want to use the gain setting from the mic itself if you want a clean noise floor
Does the receiver run off a battery as well, or off phantom power from the camera? If there is a battery, is the battery life the same as that of the mics?

The pouch is too big. It doesn't have a dgi type case to save the 3 items.
This device seems a bit noisy and sounds slightly boxy.
battery life is NOT 24h, it's 8 hours on 1 charge and the case can recharge it up to 2x times which combines to 24h. Please read the specs properyl instead of just glossing over the marketing material. it's a common practice to include the case charge into the runtime, which in my opinion is knowingly missleading.
You also NEED the app to record on the phone but who wants to use the shure video app, most will prefer the inbuilt camera app but then you need the receiver as well, big difference in convenience

There’s a super annoying hiss almost like 60cycle hum going on through the whole video and the eq sounds narrow or like too much 300-500? Hz sounds crappy 🫠
