Thank you for the tutorial! It's doing something basic but doing it right is very important! (Psst...inquiring minds want to know if your manicure will match next month's box! ) 😊
Thank you Lauren for this tutorial. This is one of the reasons why I am so happy with my subscription to Bargain Bead Box. You and your team are so amazing.
Thank you for the tip and I do love these drops, beautiful 😍 I am very pleased you made this UA-cam channel too. I love the Bargain Bead Box and like this channel very much. 💗👏🏻💗👏🏻💗👏🏻💗👏🏻
Thanks Lauren for the video. I used Duco cement cause that is what I had available. Is that as good as E600? I never heard of that before. I did it before your video came out. I hope it will last. It seemed to work and harden ok. Leah
That should be fine! Sounds like it set and dried correctly. I haven’t used Duco cement myself but if it’s bonded and holding up, you should be good to go! :)
Thank you Lauren for this video. I was wondering about the one hole beads. Plus my 2 tear drops are so way off they dont even look the same or even close to it. I'm gonna have to make separate pieces with them. I can't do earrings at all bc they dont match.Honest I dont even see faceting on them. I guess I can figure it out .Thanks for sharing 🤗 Syndy
Yes, there can be a lot of variation in these drops! They definitely should be faceted though. Please feel free to email us at support@bargainbeadbox.com if you have any trouble with yours! 💕
I appreciate the tutorial, but would really have enjoyed seeing you add the antique copper bead caps to these first maybe with the hypo cement, then glue in the shortened eye pins with e 6000. Lovely box, this may be the one that gets me to subscribe…
You could definitely add a bead cap if you want! I chose the simple drops for the design I’m planning with these, but that would be a really fun idea for a different project! 💕 Thanks for watching!
You can definitely give it a try! I did my first pair with GS Hypo Cement and for some reason it took like a whole week to set? No idea why, I’ve used it in other applications and never had that happen. E6000 worked much faster for me and holds better for this specific application, but Hypo Cement did get the job done eventually too.
Yes! I do prefer the screw eyelet loops for many half-drilled beads! 😊With amazonite being a relatively soft stone, I think the eyepin loops work well here. There’s less chance of the breakage that can occur if you’re not used to using the screws. :) That said, I do appreciate the added security that the screw eyelets bring. 💕
Thank you for your great tutorials. It's what makes Bead Box a step above others!!!!❤️
Aw thank you Linda!! 💕 I appreciate it!

Can you use gs hypo cement to do this?

Very great idea instead if you don't have the screws.
