You’re doing a lot, like a lot. 😂😂People from other states are aware of NY slices that’s what we’re known for. However, I’ve traveled a lot and I’ve seen specialty pizza’s in others states but it’s by the pie. Here you can try a myriad of pizzas by the slice.
I've visited NY a few times & I understand the love of pizza & it's very good. We actually have some NY style places in Houston that I go to for a NY slice. I just don't know if I need to have oxtails on pizza but I will mos def support the owner when I'm back up there.

What is Texas Pizza or Memphis Pizza anyway? Doesn't it all mostly originate from NY Thin Slice Pizza or Chicago Thick Slice Pizza essentially? Even though Chicago does have a good thin slice too. Then you get your offshoots like the Sicilian Slice in New York which is kinda like a Chicago but not really, you get your Jersey style slice, your Connecticut style New Haven slice, they also make epic Clam Slices in CT too. You have your Philly Slice which is more Greek than it is Italian inspired. But it all comes down to the baseline being either the New York Thin Slice (Or the Sicilian Slice) or the Chicago style Thick Slice (Although their thin slice is epic too).
