Chapter 16: Safehouse (A+ Ranking, Full Combo [7x]) [Hotline Miami]

Annoyingly, throwing knife kills don't actually count towards your combo, and in fact I don't even think they reset the combo timer at all! Not sure why that is given how it's literally Biker's only ranged attack, but whatever.
