First of all, If you don't have a double touch skill, SuperCancel will not be triggered.
and Neymar double touch(step on control, elastico, double touch) and normal double touch motion is different.

sorry for late replay.
reasons could be different.
First of all there are some angles from which it's impossible for player to start shooting animation. So be sure that you face the goal. Another reason is shooting time. This is very essential. You should shoot right after you see that you player started to do double touch animation. Not earlier no later. To catch right timing is difficult enough. Event Tess sometimes fails to do it.
