Synopsis: Based on a powerful true story, this 1980s-set drama features veteran actor Jared Harris (Mad Men) as a high school teacher determined to help a troubled student confront the darkness in his past and forge a hopeful new future. Harris stars as Stan Deen, a beloved English and drama teacher in rural New Holland, Pennsylvania. Uncommonly invested in the lives of his students, Stan is moved to take in Nate (Nicholas Hamilton, It), a homeless young man on a self-destructive path.
