Very nice comparison. I picked up my G3 Pro on Black Friday. I had all but decided to get the Hypervolt Plus because I was able to demo it and liked it a lot. I was never able to demo the Theragun but the $200 discount was way too much to pass up. Definitely very premium in feel and a more percussive massage than the Hypervolt. I just wish it was a smidgen more quiet.
You get Damper attachment with G3Pro as well. I use the straight arm setting on myself especially for small muscles under arm. TheraGun is worth of investment.
I only had a brief stint with the 2 but yes I would recommend it. You could probably get a couple hundred for your 2 and that would make the deal sweeter on the 3.
Outstanding review thank you, you finally cleared my mind, the difference in price between G3 with 2 additional attachments to match the G3 PRO is not that big, so I would have rather spent a little more to get the PRO even though I can see it's louder, heavier, probably too strong for my body size and you confirm my suspect that the pivot would be useless for using on one self as the ergonomics is already excellent without that. A lot of these are faulty and do not charge. The battries have zero charge and therefore charger is unable to charge them. These batteries need to have above zero volts to enable charging. Seems hundrefs of these Theragun massagers do mot charge due to having dead battety packs. Just search up and you will find this a common problem to this day in 2023. Yes I have two that don't charge😢
