This is the first set in a while that has exceeded a lot of expectations, and it’s not just because recent sets have been weak-Bloomburrow is really good.
the best part about "crueclaw heist" is that they have to draw first then u choose a card. so if you know there next card is good (cuz tutor or something) then u can play this and steal it just so they cant use it.
Appreciate these types of vids. Not interested by the set, or the whole new booster/bundle/box situation, but it’s a great way to pick up the singles we’re all looking for to keep up w the times. 👍

One month later: - IDKW I didn't think of this! Coiling Rebirth SLAPS! Copied it 3 times with Mnemonic Deluge in my Hidetsugu and Kairi deck brought 3 clones back and got 3 offspring clones making 6 Hidetsugu and Kairi... by the time I was done with my 3 opponents I still had 3 left to go and 1 extra turn since I kept finding more clone/reanimate spells ;p
Caretaker's Talent is not 3 mana if you want to get all of the benefits. It's eight if you do. Yah the card draw is OK for the cost but white has a lot of things that do it better.
Sorcery speed is only a disadvantage if you aren't giving everything flash like the Otter in this set. Activated abilities still are typically stuck in sorcery speed when they specify it, but more and more things are giving things flash
There's definitely a lot of great cards here, but it's a little strange that they're making non legendary creatures that have templating very much like they are a Commander. Valley Floodcaller and many others in this set have so much text. On one hand, this is making the format more complicated, but on the other, I like that some of these can't be your commander. This little otter is going to be able to provide some crazy value and I think it's nice he's stuck in the 99
Nice knowing you. I’d usually recommend drinking water and other fluids to fight feeling bad, but if you’ve got rabies I’m thinking you’re gonna pass on that offer. These talent cards are going to be amazing! I just wish this set had more creature type tutors besides the squirrel one (I want to find raccoons and bats!) and that there were more “gift a tapped 1/1 fish” cards.

Just picked up Sliver Queen today so you KNOW I’m stoked for Three tree city! This set is goofy but there’s some HELLUH good cards!
