@@serraramayfield9230 Iirc stagger raise is treated the same as tremor burst but in reverse. So when character's stagger gets past hp you get staggered. Basically making it an oversight and not a bug, since the game works perfectly fine in this case.

I had Pride Fatal weakness from Regret so that's also a reason but yeah, still hits hard regardless.
