I’d name the one w900 dolly. After Dolly Parton, it’s had some work done on the body, can out-sing the best of them, and keeps on keepin on no matter what.
First watch on your channel. Drove over the road for eight years. Your video brought back memories. Thank you very much. Since the motorcycle accident I have had to retire completely.
Ok….. we need an update on the cab over and the stainless trailer. lol. Tim you and your family are a dyeing breed. We need more families like this in our crazy little world.
Hey Tim, as far as a name how about "900 miles to Paradise". Just a suggestion, it's your truck your company, whatever you name her I'm sure everyone will love it
Tim these guys are on point with the gunk in the lines or solenoid or maybe even a air leak, but you’d notice that. Seen a lot of guys upgrade to bigger air lines, really helps that splitter. That grinding between ranges sounds like the synchronizer for high low range in the tail housing.
I wasn't Motor T, but had the pleasure of driving some 7 tons as a Marine serving in Iraq. They run pretty good, especially once you get them going. Gotta love a CAT
The more I see it, the more I’m really diggin the W900! The very first truck I ever drove on the road had an N-14 Celect 525hp. I fed her the onions one time going thru the gears, and fell in love!
Another great video . That 6x6 Oshkosh truck, looks like that it is in amazing great shape . So it looks like that Heavy D got a great deal on it . Back1978 we had a Oshkosh 10 wheeler dump truck ( about a 1970 year model ) here on the farm doing some work, I can't remember what kind of motor that it had in it, but it was loud and it had your main transmission shifter and then an auxiliary transmission shifter, it was a really heavy duty built truck . I like those Oshkosh trucks, they are tough built trucks. I saw some years ago that were set up as concrete trucks . I am glad that the W 9 is doing good for you, except for a few minor things that you have to fix . I love the sound of those jakes on that truck. I will see you all later, so be careful and stay safe and keep on trucking, if you can survive the fuel prices . As always, Jeffrey !!! 🤗👍💫
@Hugh Stephenson Yeah, it’d have to either be that solenoid on the outside of the transmission or the switch on the shifter! Somewhere the air exchange to operate the splitter is not getting all that it requires! Could be the air line between the switch on the shifter and the solenoid on the transmission! A leak that wouldn’t be noticed while driving could be enough of a drop to interfere with the proper operation of the transmission!
Hugh Stephenson is possibly right about splitter, also that truck been sitting for while, may need to remove splitter piston and give bore and piston a good cleaning and replace oring on piston
So jealous you get to interact with heavy D and the crew. Y’all are both really humble really hard working folks, and deserve the amount of fame and spotlight you’re receiving. Keep up the awesome work!
Great video Tim at least you figured out what it takes to unhook and rehook to your drop deck trailer. Definitely a nice 6x6 looks like alot of fun stay safe Tim.
Watch you all the time from Grand Cayman, Cayman island's. Great family and wish you all the best. Love trucking down here on my island but hope to meet you one day for some advise and be trucking in USA in near future. Cant wait to see the W900 painted. All the best. Mark B.
@Janes Harkness Green back lighting doesn’t either! I’ve used green led lights to read in the dark and have had zero issues with night vision afterwards!
I Love those 7 Ton trucks so BadA** glad you were able to help Heavy D and the boys out and when I saw it at Clettus and Cars dragging the 5 ton it made me think who woulda hauled it to Florida than non other than Gentry and Sons way to go boys hope to see you and Heavy D do a Colab together
The MTVR's are awesome. I remember when we 1st got them when I was with 2nd TSB at Camp Lejeune. We used race them against the new at the time,M1123 humvees and the 7ton would beat the humvees everytime 😂
One of those bone head trucker moments. That or they go in for a cheeesse burrrger and a Sodi water wearing their flip flops. The channel bone head trucker would like that one with him sleeping at the pump.

There again Tim another good video and like I always say it's good to have good friends like that people that you can count on when you need help I don't think you need to paint them fenders Larry Maybe mad as a you-know- fix those two leaks and that truck sound good man I tell you I didn't think that truck will pull that heavy load but it proved me wrong it did a heck of a good job I'm glad to see you made it there safe and back home safe another good video can't wait to see the surprise
You need to call the truck Smokey and the bandit and you need to put blue lights on your gauges those lights look awesome I have a set of lights in my vehicle that I drive

I have been following heavy D for quite a while
Pass through connectors on the N14 are famous for leaks , they can also break in the head and cause injector to not fire
Mans was nearly pegged out
The first thing you need to tune any engine is a wideband oxygen sensor so you can actually see what is going on and what to change.
