I love how honest she actually is about her routine, like i can fully relate to all the struggles which is nice. she isn't trying to paint this perfect picture of her life where she eats perfectly or wakes up super early and works out every day and is in such great shape. Like obviously she keeps fit and looks amazing but she's honest about the struggles of finding motivation

I workout at night and have a hard time turning my brain off at night so mornings are soooo tough for me and it’s refreshing to see someone so successful with a similar disposition/ morning routine to mine

It’s because you’re so attracted. On a serious note, her face may look slightly different here to you because of the distortion of what looks like a smartphone lens. Some of the facial proportions will appear “off” if you normally see her on a set with different gear. If I were lensing her, I’d probably use normal to slightly longer lens since she has very neotenous features and a wide lens will exaggerate them. However, we’re all in quarantine hence the phone.
