Million thanks for the clarification and an evidence based/ traceable hypothesis (OYEKUPELEKAN). Eledumare bless you baba as well as the interviewer for the knowledge shared and research effort.
If Orun was a slave before becoming a king in heaven, it makes sense with the concept of Jesus Christ who came to the world and went back to heaven to become king. There is an ifa verse I heard which says “Omobibi kan soso Eledumare ton je ela , ela ro wa, ela ro wa (meaning way maker)“ so there could be different ela who is a child of GOD in ifa verse. We really need clarity on this.
My humble opinion - stay away from trying to make sense of the Yoruba creation story via Christianity or Biblical references. You will not find the answers you're looking for. As Baba said, thinking about it logically and anthropologically it doesn't even make sense to do so, you will simply go round in circles and come up empty and even more confused.
This man is vast in knowledge and we should sponsor him to write a book. Biodun can you start a gofundme for the pape.
Okay sir.
