Very nice presentation. The book is also great. Nice comparison of lampshades. I realize it is likely no one will ever see this comment or these questions, but what was the format of the copper foil used in the lamps? How thick was it? Was it cut into strips from a sheet? If so, how was it cut? Was any adhesive used to attach the foil to the glass? Was the lamp as a whole "dunked" or immersed in a bath of chemicals to create the patina? Are there any photos of the patina process?
