So I noticed that the actuator was in the fully extended position when you installed it. I am certain that it is shipped in the retracted position. How did you fully extend the actuator prior to your installation?
My liftgate will pop open but can’t open the rest of the way. Nor can it close. How do I know if I need the driver’s side only or both driver and passenger? From what I think I see, only the driver’s side strut has power.
