Once we adjust and align with our higher self everything starts to balance itself... Each time your tired and then get rest you become reenergize... Cause once my body upgraded everything changed... I feel the littlest of things... Then I have to call back all my energy and return what isn't mines... Energy is real... My body did like a reverse... Almost like a teenager again in a grown body... One day my daughter said out the 💙, "mom you have a blue light around you"... I just smiled and said... "That's the aura of God... Holy Spirit is walking within me"...💪🏽 And no matter how things seem to be or go wrong, I just pray and ask to remove the illusions... It's an experience I must say... Body goes up, down, up, down and then balance... My head now tingles more and more... Like a electric current running in the waters of my mind... It feels good but when it first started, I thought something was wrong with my head cause I used to get killer headaches/migraines...😮 Then, I knew I was changing and no doctor could tell me what was happening... They just tried to throw me on meds... I said, "I will past on that" and realized my pineal gland was opening... 😂 Now I place a cover and shield over my whole body... 🪽 Sending Light and Love ❤️
Yes I feel that tingly feeling in my head, and I thought it was a spiritual attack, then I burn some sage when it happens then the tingly feeling goes away, I also thought the tingly feeling was my spider sense, warning me to pay attention to spiritual attacks. ❤️🕯️🧬🤗💪🌞👋
@@BrianAvary Yes Love... Pay attention cause our intuition and bodies tell us things before the attack can happen in the physical. I cast it down and apply the Blood of Jesus on me... Then clear my energy by going in nature and get grounded to center myself from the attacks... When you start to feel it in your gut, you know someone somewhere doesn't like when we wake up from the long slumber... Sending Light and Love 🪽 👣🤍

Beautiful. Similar experiences amongst all starseeds and light workers. Our beings have to adjust to the energies coming in which is causing ascension symptoms. Take good care of yourself so that you can handle the changes as energies will be increasing. If you need to sleep, sleep. The exhaustion is from work that you are doing astrally with spirit guides etc. during dreaming. So sleep. Drink much water to help eliminate toxins. Exercise, yoga is great.Meditation and mindfulness work. As you grow, things will get better.

I have learned through these intense emotional roller coaster moments that our emotions are Catalysts, the Key, that unlocks Dormant DNA and hidden Profound higher Conscious Wisdom!
I have been learning to Embrace ALL Emotions! I look at them as Divine Friends with an EPIC Message of Clarity supporting and navigating my way through the ascension timelines! I will sit with each Emotion, in the present moment, listening to its guidance! I then unlock new pieces of information and Shift, Transform and Evolve at much more rapid speeds!
I am noticing the Intense Exhaustion is actually a blessing! I will do my service work for the day, then the exhaustion hits so I can take care of me! Take that time to go inward. Focus on self love! While I hold space for the Upgrades to integrate!
Every day that I flow like this, I am noticing it’s balancing the upgrades so I can balance my time taking action, feeling energized vs. resting and integrating! Complete balance between my inner DF + DM! Which allows me to Experience pure states of Enlightenment more and more within each present moment 😍

I have seen this before and this is happening to me and has been for the last three years!!! So when will the transformation be completed??? My legs are hurting all the time causing pain like a cramp beginning and does not stop !!! Hope it will be finished soon !!! I sometimes hear thought of strangers,it kind of scary,my deam are in color most of the time!Be glad when its completely done!!!!
