the main reason is that polarization filters have to do with were the light it is to make work properly. I the angle of light changes the polarization must be turned to compensate to penetrate the water or make the water super reflective. If they operator turns the wrong way on the pola it becomes a glare of light. to much risk so they just don't use them.
Watching the bassmaster elites on tv or UA-cam blows these people out of the water. Needs to show more fishing and less talk. The guy at weigh in, for the love of god, needs to be replaced. "WWWWWOOOOWWWW A 5 BASS LIMIT, WWWOOOOOWWWW". It's not that uncommon for a professional fisherman to catch 5 bass. Commentators need to be fisherman, not frat boys.
