Catholicism is not Christianity for there is no Catheseim (the doctrine of demons. 1Tim.4:1-3) in Christian Scriptures. They are the original protestant before Martin Luther came to be born. Acts.15:22-29; 1Jn.2:18,19. You need the spirit from above to discern them even the illegitimate pope in Christian Scriptures.
I agree with some points including that in the ceremony it was inspired by christianity not mocking but for Charlie Hebdo it wasn't. It was mocking and blaspheming the central figure of Islam. Even though, I am against any kind of violence but anger could be expressed in several different ways but not with violence
I am Greek and not offended by the mockery of any religion although the mockery is always AntiChristian and none other. I am offended by the insensitive and blatant disrespect for fellow humans. During the Olympics ALL RELIGIONS were put aside for the unity of ALL athletes and cultures. So this display OF RELIGION would not have been allowed out of RESPECT for ALL. I would appreciate it if you put this in it's proper perspective and adhere to it's original intent. This post is obviously of youthful indoctrination
Blaspheming is a word that can be used to silencing people and can only come from someone who thinks that the idea he believes in is above criticism or mocking.
"@UNIQUETVfilm This is a general statement. I'm specifically talking about what happened with Charlie Hebdo. They displayed a caricature of the Prophet of Islam as ugly and a terrorist, and even worse. This is pure blasphemy. However, I'm not against criticism of Islam, stating it as a sexist, possibly violent, or medieval religion. There is a big difference in my opinion. Generally, France is known to be proud to have the freedom to blaspheme. There was a french song blaspheming Jesus and I found it extremely offensive.
@@happysafa Dear Safa, The prophets are ideas they can be mocked and criticized as part of free speech. Hope you understand now the difference between mocking an alive human being and mocking an idea
Great to hear different perspective. People just choose what they only believe in their own world. When beliefs go extreme, they are complately toxic.
This is completely wrong
not a clue
Her perspective is totally off base
