EQ6R pro is not readily available in India. CEM40 is purchased from a known vendor from whom I have bought this. Before deciding think of Harmonic Drive mounts now as for a limited mount capacity it doesn’t need Counter weights, which is a blessing for travelling.
Hi! Good Video of Unboxing. I am curious to know if you received the Tripod and if there is any fouling with the tripod at your latitude. I am at similar altitude of 13 degrees and the counter weight fouls with the tripod on an identical mount.
Hi, indeed I ah e received the tripod, and have checked and didnot find the fouling, now there is a caveat , CEM40G is different than CEM40 and also the location of weight will be problematic for lower payload, I will post a video in coming weeks on my experience.

It has not happened to me, and after payment are made you get a GST invoice m. I suggest you speak to the owner owner whatsapp no mentioned in website.

you can get the latest Firmware & Drivers from www.ioptron.com/category-s/133.htm Updating to latest Firmware , Drivers and ASCOM is necessary to ensure seamless communication between the Stellarium and mount should you choose to slew the mount from Stellarium, if this step is not done there is a chance the connection bridge between Stellarium and mount doesnot get established, it may manot happen, but why take chances

I am at low latitude 12deg, GEM didn’t seem to be capable of low latitude, that’s why I went for CEM.
