He need some help financially & mentally and the city of Memphis need to have resources in place for victims such as this, who have experienced such a loss.
They had a $150k trust and alot more people donated to other stuff for them insurance and a lot of was done for the kids. I'm hoping they got all of it you know people greedy and will steal the donations. My prayers go out to him and family.
So when something bad happens to somebody it's the government's responsibility to take care of them and pay for the rest of their lives? Bad shit happens to people all the time America would be broke in 2 years if they had to take care of everybody with a hard luck story....
@Atom Burnt no america wouldn't they go to war and spend billions destroying that country and than give them billions of tax payers money to rebuild that country, all the while we need that money to end homelessness, women and child abuse shelters. The us gov spend billions giving free covid ppp money to people who didn't need it, they where babies and that happened to them ,they wasn't drug dealers ,or kids robbing. If it was a person that doesn't need to experiencei poverty these are the kids. Plus I think it's already a victim of crime fund here like $10k
His laughter is his way of not crying about it I do this a lot when talking about traumatic things that have happened in my life . Seek counseling and pray .
I thank the man for sitting next to the boy. That in itself was a grand gesture of love and support. It is very sad for anyone to be going through this tragedy let alone a 9 year old child. CJ, my thoughts with you and your siblings. You are incredibly brave.💜
You can tell he holds a lot of that trauma in but either way you can also tell he’s an extremely strong person. You can tell his mind is in the right place, wanting to do better for his son and siblings. I genuinely hope all goes well for this man and his family.
No this happens to some of us when we go through trauma experiences like that trust me. That smile you see nothing is ever going to face this man again in his life I know that smile. He is forever going to be insensitive to other people's feelings and what I mean by that someone may get hurt someone maybe get killed and to people like us that been through that sort of trauma watching your loved ones go right before you it's not that we think it's funny it's just like okay s*** happens can't explain it really but I trust me I understand what he's going through right now I understand that smile that smile is his hurt. I understand where you coming from I do understand he's a ticking Time bomb waiting to erupt hopefully someone can get him help like I had people around me to get me help I still struggle with the same temperament as he got right now so I surround myself with just me I go to work I'll come home if anyone know how I can reach out to this brother I don't want to do no interview and none of that s*** like that I just want him to have somebody he can call and talk to cuz I understand what he's going through.
I will never forget this story. I can't even imagine how strong he is to even talk about it without breaking down. I will always continue to keep him in my prayers.
@@Elyricist746 I think he was the oldest child who survived so no I doubt he was there. I'm sure he was just be respectful and listening as u do when someone tells a horrific personal story.
@@Elyricist746 you on one dude. It's kind of fucked what you're saying in a lot of ways. He's gone through something extremely traumatic and lives with the repercussions everyday. Did he focus on hating his uncle? No. He said he didn't forgive him, but that makes sense since most people don't forgive murderers of their family members. He said he wants to be beyond the beef and wants people to put down their guns. He sounds nonviolent. Not one sentence did he talk about retribution or revenge- just how hard it is, he want to provide for his kid, and that he misses his family that was murdered. He honestly seems like a chill dude. I'd smoke a blunt with him. I wonder why you think he had "hate in his eyes" when no one else thinks so, it seems pretty sus. Your reasoning is highly questionable and very possibly problematic. Have some respect both for yourself and the victims stop being a twat.
Me too I remember when I first saw this story years ago I hope him his other brother and sister all get the help they need to know kid have to witness and go through what they went through so I totally agree with you
@@apeshiicjizzle4391 I have a boy a little older than you...and you, young man...you are a treasure. Your strength amazes me & u remind me of how lucky I am to have my boy with me through all that life throws at us. You’re an inspiration in just being able to recount your story and live through each day with a positive outlook. Or would be easy to give up, but you too strong to let that happen. Bless you, your son and your family. Much love to y’all. ✌🏻💕😊
This is one of the few First 48 episodes that I won’t ever forget. To think that a family member would slaughter his family like that and then act like he’s helping the investigation was cold as hell.
This young man has endured the ultimate test of strength and I commend his mentality and composure 👏🏾❤️ I wish I could hug him! No family should never have to carry this trauma!!
It’s sooo sad what he had to go through at such a young age! If there is a way that I can help him and his siblings out I’ll gladly do it cause he’s experienced something most will NEVER even come close to experiencing in this life! 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
@@christopherchapman7186 there's a gofund me site pinned at the top. That's a good place for you to put some money where your thoughts and prayers are coming through.
Let’s start him and his sister a go fund me I know it’s been years but the whole world witnessed wat they went through and it bothered me for months ! They really do deserve a new start being that they was stripped from a better life because their parents were murdered . Y’all know he deals with childhood trauma but he’s really trying to just stay positive through it all. We love you Cecil Jr
“Then I see my daddy getting shot begging for his life.” Ugh. Doesn’t matter how long it’s been. Having to say that would never get easier. He’s trying to be tough about it but there’s no way. That is such a burden to carry. I’m glad he survived. I’m glad he told his story. I’m glad his uncle is locked up. I hope he’s continuing to heal.
So true. My ♥️ truly hurts for him. He lost both parents, 2 siblings & his innocence in one night. What’s even worse was he witnessed it all & the perpetrator was his own flesh & blood, his uncle. I’m sure his soul is weighed down tremendously. I hope he can find some form of peace one day. He’s truly a hero & the reason the victims received some form of justice.❤️🩹🕊❤️🩹
Yess 😢😢😢so 💔💔to watch his whole family be tortured murdered his mom his dad some siblings wow praying for forever healing goes out to him and surviving children 😢
You can tell by his voice that still hurts him deeply but he’s doing right tho now by remaining MENTALLY STRONG 🦾‼️ & I hope he continues to remain strong & never left himself fall in hole all over what that inhumane individual did to his whole family … It’s crazy because I literally went to school with this dude (Jessie) 😵💫🫡 I would have never known he was like this at such a young age … I guess I don’t remember him doing anything extremely wild back in school at the time .. idk 😵💫
What he said about Memphis is so true. Born n raised here. 33yrs now. Just got so bad out here. Now that i have kids of my own, im in process of moving to a better place. Even though crime everywhere. Love this session. Respect
Do it for the better sake of your children. I had to do it from my city of Pittsburgh. It's definitely not as wild as Memphis but it's a drug epidemic city with no opportunity and the violence where I lost too many close people. I'm in Texas now with a better environment for my children.
Before you even Tell Your Story Im Glad Your Still Here Today Even Thou It Wasn’t A Pleasant Memory💯God Wanted You Here For Something Mane💯God Is In Control, Keep Your Head Up🦋💕🦋💕🌼❤️🔥
His disconnection is his protection and power. His uncle was destined for failure since childhood and no support or love from his family. This young man is functioning the only way he knows how. My heart goes out to the victims.
His entire family got wiped out in front of his eyes. I'm so sorry CJ 🙏🏽 Let this be a reminder that our lives could be worse and appreciate what and who we have
to hear him recount this horror story with that innocent childlike beanie.....🥺 They say your emotional age largely stops at the age you were when the tragedy occurred. CJ in many ways appears , to me, like a 9 yr old trapped in a 22 yr olds body...
I don't want it to sound mean because I feel bad what this kid suffered through but black people in general are a gentle child-like people. It's Also helped them to live with slavery in their past and not be more hateful against whites.
Absolutely he stuck because that’s when his childhood stopped he became a victim and had to live through his trauma unfortunately it’s a occurring situation in the black communities I feel so bad for him 😢🤷🏾♀️
I saw this story a long time ago on The First 48. I even cried because of how horrific and unbelievable it was, especially for you to witness your siblings get hurt and your mother plead for her life just for him to kill her anyway! Keep your head up and stay strong my brotha!💪😇
I was just telling my girl I remember this first 48. I used to wonder if we would see lil bruh again. Man you a strong young man bruh keep yo head up in keep doing what you doing. 🤦🏾♂️💪🏾💪🏾🙏🏾
The Lester Street murders on First 48 scared me to death. It was like watching a horror movie. It took years for me to be able to watch that episode and not feel afraid. My heart goes out to all of the family and friends affected by the tragedy. God Bless 🙏🏽
I will never forget this episode of the first 48 hours.. my❤️is still bleeding for him and his family...poor baby he will be never be right.. but God is and was with him to tell the truth... praise God 🙏
Of all the many First 48 episodes I watched, this episode broke my heart and brought out emotions I haven't felt since I was a young child. I have not watched the show since this episode. It was so sad and I felt like an intruder into this story of their lives. A tragic story. In my younger days, we threw hands, both of us went home a winner and we moved on. Guns, knives or baseball bats, etc.. Any weapon you place in your hands makes you what you are. You have the choice to throw hands or grab a weapon. Too many folks scared of an ass whoopin. God Bless CJ and his sister and brother. But God please look over the mother of the 2 brothers. I can not imagine the pain of knowing what one son did to his own brother and his family. She and CJ and the Memphis PD really opened my eyes to just how much worse it could be in the life of a child. I only thought my life was unfair. CJ, in my opinion is the voice of the young people in Memphis. His life has been full of tragedy and could be a valuable asset to the youth of that entire city. His story, his voice, his weapon. Good luck CJ. And I'm so sorry this happened to your family. I'm praying for you all and Memphis in general.
So happy to see C J and to hear him speak of making a better life for his son. He and his surviving siblings are blessings and I pray they too are doing well.
This is a very powerful interview. First hand knowledge of going thru it and Surviving. I Kno them trees help sometimes, I want him to find Peace. But You can tell that he got a long way to go with the PTSD.
I remember this. I was living in Memphis at the time and it shook the whole city. I remember the First48 episode when it aired… him saying “Jr” from the hospital bed lives rent free in my head. I’ve always wondered what happened to the surviving kids. I just want to give him the biggest hug. I can’t imagine living through this. ♥️
Yup. I'm from New orleans and was going to college in memphis and I remember this story to a T. I'm 33 and still to this day I refer to this story. Girl this story was and still is chilling. May God bless him.
He needs to seek help. It seems like he still needs help dealing with his trauma. The fact that he felt like hitting his girlfriend was a solution to whatever she'd done isn't normal. Nothing for him is normal after what he went through. I hope he gets the help he needs. He deserves to live a happy normal life with his son like everyone else. I hate this for him and his other surviving siblings.
Please get some counseling. There is no way anyone could survive that kind of trauma and not be affected. You and your mental health are worth it. Praying for you and your family.
@@shadowmoon3223 That's not completely black ppls fault. Just like with the judicial system and the police, therapist and mental health professionals have not always been in our best interests. A lot of black people have been thrown in mental institutions and families stripped apart.
STRONG young man to be able to even speak about this. And he still has to deal with the injuries he sustained (having a metal plate from his injuries and just having to have surgery). I also commend his Grandmother for having the strength to raise them, let’s not forget this is a woman who lost HER child and two grandchildren. I pray God please give his heart peace, watch over him and his family, keep them tucked under your wing. Amen.
I was a student athlete at the University of Memphis at this time. I remember it like yesterday. This young man is the age I was when this happened. He's definitely traumatized by this for life. That weed only suppresses the feeling. May God be with this brother.
Lord, I wish I could help this poor kid!! He's obviously still traumatized by what happened to him and he probably smokes weed to forget. He needs therapy, not weed.
I was up at Martin with a lotta people from the M when this happened..... That same year those tornados came thru n flattened that campus in Jackson...I believe that was the same week
I have seen this episode once. And couldn’t watch it again. I’m am so damn happy to see him alive and well. And now has a kid of his own. I love it. I’ve often wondered about him and his siblings that survived. And I hope the 3 of them are doing well. They have been through so much that any of us couldn’t even begin to imagine. He’s strong as hell and I respect him more than anything. God kept you and your siblings alive for a reason. You have an amazing purpose in life young man. Keep living and god bless you and your family
I remember the night this happened. I was still a student at the UofM at the time and lived with my then boyfriend in a house on Given not far from Lester Street. It was cold and rained all day that Sunday. The following week everyone was scared and on alert due to speculations. I hope this young man remains on the straight and narrow and reaches his goals. God bless 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Remains on the straight and narrow ???? Despite the horror this man endured and witnessed despite that horror what does he grow up and become ????? he's a fucking drug dealer ,yes he has a job but he's sitting there smoking dope telling you he's selling dope and we all know what comes with the dope game ?? So what are you actually talking about ?
Cj’s story on the first 48 brought me to tears for him. I’m glad to see him as an adult and seems to be doing good. The crap his uncle did to him and his family is horrifying and I’m thankful he is trying to put as much behind him as he can to make the most of his life, best of wishes to him, his son and siblings 💜💜💜
You watched this interview and can say "seems to be doing good" WTF He needs help, he is desperate and should be in therapy full time not doped up like this. Been in and out of jail . I understand he was traumatized but family being enablers is hurting him!!!
This was a sad story… I remember seeing this on the first 48 hours… I live in Memphis.. this was very devastating for the city of Memphis!!! I’m praying for this young man❤️
Shut up. Dude is a BM, he has no conscience, no feelings, no soul. Listen to how he talks, even. They are the most worthless demons on earth, no matter the age.
Also from Memphis Tennessee. Born and raised, been through a lot, but it's nothing compared to what this brother has been through. Heavenly Father in the name of your son Jesus Christ, I will not I shall not no more complain. Thank you for sharing your story brother
I’ll never forget that episode. This dude has suffered some horrible shit I wouldn’t wish on anybody. How he’s even able to sit down and talk about it at all, amazes me. That’s one Strong young man right there.
Right. He was in the tub for 24 + hours with stab wounds and a knife embedded in his head. The paramedics thought he was dead but he started twitching.
CJ.. I'm a Memphian as well and your story and what you went through / no one should have to go through what you went through. Something that was so bad, there is also beauty in this story. Your willing to not give up and your strong will to survive / bru you were not suppose to survive - but you did survive and you are here as well as your 2 siblings... I know you are at the age of adulthood and you are a young man who makes his own decisions. The city of Memphis has failed you if you are not receiving some kind of therapy/ someone to talk to at anytime you need to talk about anything... And if you are a friend and close to CJ - your friendship is so important for this young man. I can not stress it enough we as a community need to be there for CJ and his 2 siblings. Lastly CJ, man to man - there is never a reason to put your hands on a female - NO reason bru... You are damn near continuing the cycle - not on the same level as your uncle obviously but it is violent behavior you are doing to another person.... Stay positive young man and live your life to the fullest and don't get caught up in anything negative - just like you said. You only deserve everything that is good and positive... I hope u do read this and hopefully resonates with you ..
Yes CJ, you have a calling on your life! God has something in store for you. You have been through so much and you can be a testimony to others. I am happy to see your maturity and that you are well. i pray for you and your son. be a blessing hun, God bless you
I’m so happy to see him trying to figure out life because he almost lost it. He striving I can see him being a motivational speaker to our young youth❤️salute.
Saw this case on The First 48 and the recent That Chapter episode. Glad to see this dude is alive, healthy and thriving. As someone who has watched True Crime/crime documentaries since I was kid, this case stuck out as one of the most gruesome I've ever heard.
When he said he didnt forgive his uncle, could you blame him for saying this? I would feel the same way. I mean, his uncle literally murdered his mother, father, and 2 younger siblings as well as tried to kill him and 2 of his other siblings. How could you forgive someone like that? This man, along with his 2 other siblings have to live the rest of their lives knowing what happened to them and wondering what they did to deserve this. They will forever be traumatized because of this and will most likely have trust issues the rest of their lives. They have all been robbed literally of their childhoods. The fact that he kept saying he thought it was a dream and then passed out in the bathtub and woke up and had to relive the horror and had to realize no its not a dream, this is what was really done to your family by your own family. No. I would not forgive him either. Ever.
It must be your child-like innocence that has helped but it hurts you in other ways. I just wish you guys could put down the guns like CJ said and try to move on.
Bless you and yours, CJ, from Columbus, Ohio. PLEASE, stay strong, sir. Might be a beautiful (& very helpful) thing if you studied public speaking, and appeared on a Ted Talks. Our world needs to hear your strength of character.
What a strong wise young man. A great father and a great inspiration for others going through anything. He speaks beyond his years. He said a lot in one interview. I hope a lot of young people hear his message. It would be life changing for some young and older people even though he's not lecturing folks. He has a voice and a natural ability to help. Thank GOD for giving you the courage to share, and to help you through your surgery, life with your family, Grandma and your child, your lil man. I'm happy you have him (smile).
This breaks my heart!!! We all know the tragedy he suffered & there’s NO way this young man shouldn’t have a bad a FULL RIDE to college or SOMETHING! I hate to hear he has been to jail a few times b/c once you get a jacket it’s hard to get it off!!! I pray he finds peace & learns to trust & receive love as well as give it. God bless him, his siblings, grandma & baby🙏🏾❤️
@@theredwhoop9372 It’s plain to see that this young man is still struggling. This is something they have to live with. A lifetime of therapy will help them to get through it but, I highly doubt if they will ever get over it. People around them will never let them forget about it. From childhood to old age, this will always be a part of their lives. Memories are all that is left now. I hope that God will ease this pain they’re going through and that those trials will make them strong. The whole family should still be in therapy.
This could be a movie and the proceeds could go to the children. I remember this story as well, and I it broke my heart, but I've never hear "his" story as an adult. My sincere prayers to these children. I will also support a Go Fund Me.
I saw this tragic story on the First 48.Of ALL of the stories featured on that show, This one hit me the MOST. I kept thinking, Those poor kids!! I remember the night this happened 🥺 I was at the hospital with my brother & a family member of theirs saw me outside smoking & asked me for a square so I gave him one…then he was just telling me what happened & was crying. It was soooo sad I remember seeing it on the news then on first 48. Much ❤️ from the 〽️ound bro 💯 I’m soooo glad you & your sister are ok & I’m so sorry that this happened to y’all
Bless his heart. Too long we have experienced traumatic, life-changing situations, and we don't get the proper mental help. So we start acting out, self medicating, or trying to cope with drugs. We tuck our feelings deep inside so deep sometimes we forget it even happened until we have a flashback. I hope this young man mental healing & peace. My grandma wake was going on at the same time as Cecil's. Me n my cousin went to view his body. He looked damn good. Dressed nice with a black hat on. I think bout this often.
OMG...I can't imagine going through this ...I just want to hug him and let him know God got him... Poor baby.... I have no words for the cruelty he witnessed at 9 yrs old.
I pray he lives in peace from here on! To be a child suffering through this is impossible to imagine! Truly horrific & terrifying! For him to be where he is today is enough! God bless his life!

This entire family has went through so much even before this very unfortunate tragedy. His grandmother lost both of her sons and some of her grandchildren. This is an age old tragedy like Cain and Abel. Even though he has endured this tragedy, he is still not in a good place at all and still suffering. He’s been to prison, more domestic violence in his own home, selling drugs, not in good health. Where were the resources for this family? What happened to the community support? How does this happen? My prayer is that he comes to the knowledge and salvation of Christ Jesus. After all the tragedy, it would be awful if this young brave man lost his soul. CJ I am praying for you and I hope that you know Jesus the Christ in the pardon of your sin; to know Him-- Jesus as your LORD and Savior. He alone will save you and keep you in perfect peace. You’re right when you say that you’re blessed. You are!!! Confess your sin, repent and by your confession as Christ is Lord of your life by GRACE you will be saved. Get a Bible and try attending a Bible teaching Church and take your son with you. GOD bless you in Christ Jesus…. You and all your family. Amen.

To this day, he still having surgery on his head and should nobody especially a child have to go through the horrific pain he went through. Not only did he have to go through the physical pain of being stabbed by his uncle, but to watch his parents and siblings get killed in front of him is the worse. I really think one of the things that keeps this young man going is the fact that he thought it was a dream and that alone keeps him hiding his sadness and pain inside. Jr will rot

I pray that you find peace and joy in life and that you keep walking in the path that God has so perfectly crafted for you. Keeping you and your family in my heart. God bless you.
Damn god bless this kid. Most people couldn’t even begin to talk about this. This young man recollected all that unspeakable evil without losing his train of thought once. Not even one damn stutter.
I am glad I came across this , I pray for his peace and good energy, he has showed me if he can see positive in this cold world, what do I have to complain about, the black community has alot of trauma, mental , emotional and post and we just trying to make it , we are a special breed, our DNA is resilient, stay positive young brother and release your emotions, if you need to.
Thank you! Thank you young man for giving us some "follow-up" on this tragedy! The good lord has something for you to do. This really had me just horrified when this happened and I just couldn't believe family members could go this far! I wish all of you the best in life......Peace&Love from Ohio

I thank the man for sitting next to the boy. That in itself was a grand gesture of love and support. It is very sad for anyone to be going through this tragedy let alone a 9 year old child. CJ, my thoughts with you and your siblings. You are incredibly brave.💜

He honestly seems like a chill dude. to hear him recount this horror story with that innocent childlike beanie.....🥺 They say your emotional age largely stops at the age you were when the tragedy occurred.

Ever.

I was destined to make it out of Memphis when this happened bru i was literally 14 saying i got to make it out this shit ! Been gone for 5 years and aint look back ! Life is good rip to the family!
The only first 48 episode I skip… one time was enough… this man lives it everyday 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Yeah, me too. I only saw it the one time.
Cj my niece and newphew share the same similarities as you in March of 2019 my sister's ex boyfriend killed her two of my nieces and nephew with a hammer thy only two of my sister's kids that lived was her oldest son cause he wasn't home and my niece that did survive her head injury fought to stay alive for hrs till she got to the hospital so salute to You and Her for being a survivor young King #saveourkids #protectourkids #childrenslivesmatter
OMG!!! Lord have mercy, that's absolutely horrible!!! I pray that you and your family have healing!!
I’m so sorry that happened to your family
Amen.
10:34 FACTS! I’m the same way. Keep my circle small, stay out the way, don’t engage in arguments with strangers etc. It’s not worth it. A lot of people end up hurt or worse just by being in close proximity to the wrong people.
True that 😔💢💫✌
This episode had me deep in my feelings. Lester street in TN.y heart broke for them. I'm so blessed to see this young man especially seeing and having that done to him and the whole family. He is still strong. Rest in peace to the ones who lost their lives in that house. This one really stuck in my head.
I’ll never forget this episode. Good thing he is letting it out. Keep going CJ
dayumn, I lived in Nashville at the time of these murders. this was truly sad. man, his uncle tried to take him out. this kid will be traumatized for the rest of his life. bless this young man
To this day, he still having surgery on his head and should nobody especially a child have to go through the horrific pain he went through. Not only did he have to go through the physical pain of being stabbed by his uncle, but to watch his parents and siblings get killed in front of him is the worse. I really think one of the things that keeps this young man going is the fact that he thought it was a dream and that alone keeps him hiding his sadness and pain inside. Jr will rot
This and the Courtney palmer case are the 2 cases that haunt me.... People are despicable and it can be the most normal person next door or family to do some wicked shit..... Keep your head up young king you are destined for greatness 🙌🏾
Yes poor Courtney that baby died for no reason at all, Lester Street will always be on my heart. God Bless this young man and all surviving family members may God heal, deliver, and set free.
Yeah, you right. They fed him to hogs. I can't watch that episode ever again. It bothered me he suffered so bad even before the hogs ate him.
I agree!
Yes this case literally broke my heart & made me cry. This case made me realize I wanted to go to school for crime scene investigation. Yes that Courtney Palmer case haunted me & made me cry. Also the case of Jonathan Williams & Steven Govan in Dallas.
Courtney palmer case was crazy😔
There's no way I could be rich and not want to help this man out that's why I don't respect the rich bcuz I'm sure they seen this story, Memphis got all them rappers and not one of them reached out out to help this young dude my heart broke bcuz he just wants somebody care just look how he lit up just hearing dude say I'ma give u my number, keep pushing young man u came this far so don't let nothing or nobody discourage u from your goals much love from California
😢
Nobody is obligated to give anybody shit! No matter the situation. You’re not entitled to their money. You got the same fucking 24 !! Y’all fucks me up thinking Rich people owe y’all something because their rich!! They do what they want with their Mainer and give to who they want !! Which is none of your fucking business
Hats off to the Grandmother, "imagine having to deal with knowing your child (seed), caused this tsunami 😥😥😥
I lost only one I couldn't imagine how his grandmother lost her child the spouse two grandkids and still had it raised hair and I just need somebody about their arms around him for the day if his grandma passed cuz he don't need help and you women if you date him please help her you don't have good intentions don't consider dating you that could be tragic for both of you I love you CJ keep going strong for your son your brother and your sister your family is resting in heaven and your grandma especially thank you for sharing your story
@@lavetteharris9305 💯💯💯💯
I remember this like yesterday....I am so sorry this happened to y'all...I pray God continue to bless you and your family..RIP to all that were lost
Just saw the doc on this case. I hope this kid becomes a success in life and doesn’t just live an average life after surviving something so horrific. He fought to be here so make the most of the fight kid.
This is one of the episodes that made me cry I would never forget that one im so glad for the update always wondered how they were doing in life . I hope he is able to leave Memphis and lead the life he desire I think a change in scenery would help them to cope better
He just needs some education and some good people in his life. Some people who can show him a better way.He could take a few classes and get his speech in order to become a motivational speaker. The world needs him.
He don't need a speech class. He speak just fine. Keep it raw n authentic.
@@Ra55itwife55 Sure but I know that if he could take a few classes and learn the correct speech and word patterns, he could make great money as a SPEAKER. Speakers have to learn how to speak and learn the correct linguals to describe their experiences in a way that people will pay to hear his story.
@@scrillscrill1099 I truly understand what you’re saying
@@charchartime1701 Thank you. I am being honest about it. If he could take 6 months to work om himself and learn how to speak to a crowd, he would not have to depend on the streets. Their story is such that I believe he could change a few wicked hearts by continuing to speak on it.
No he needs therapy. This guy went through something tragic.
Thanks for sharing his story..such a strong young man to have to go thru this tragedy...You and your siblings are in my prayers...
Bless this young man and his family I'm so sorry he had to see what he seen I can't even imagine going through something like this and surviving. Much love and respect and lots of prayers, keep your head up stay positive. RIP TO ALL WHO LOST THEIR LIVES THAT AWFUL NIGHT.
I hope he rewatch him self on this interview he will find what he’s looking for he has purpose he’s been thought a lot he needs so much healing an real love in his life praying for his future 💙🧿
I am so sorry you had to endure such a tragedy. It is my prayer that God reveals your purpose, heal your heart, set you on the path of peace, and prosperity. Know that you have NOT failed but lived to be a testimony. Keep your hand in Gods hand and pray at all times. You have a good mind set and I am sure you will be great.
I came across this video at work and it just brought tears and a great sadness over me until I continued to listen to you speak. You are so motivating to posses such a positive attitude and mindset after what you all experienced you still have not let that overcome you. I aspire to be more like you. I pray that you find peace and joy in life and that you keep walking in the path that God has so perfectly crafted for you. Keeping you and your family in my heart. God bless you.
Donation's are welcome
So glad to know him & his siblings are okay. I Pray that they get the help needed. This was a terrible tragedy. Never for this .🙏🏽
Damn god bless this kid. Most people couldn’t even begin to talk about this. This young man recollected all that unspeakable evil without losing his train of thought once. Not even one damn stutter.
Agreed. Good comment.
Agreed. Great comment.
Thank you! Thank you young man for giving us some "follow-up" on this tragedy! The good lord has something for you to do. This really had me just horrified when this happened and I just couldn't believe family members could go this far! I wish all of you the best in life......Peace&Love from Ohio
And don’t go to talking about no snitching shit this man was a baby and was done horrible . He did the right thing.
No snitching is about street crime, not a horror movie slaughter.
@@kensmechanicalaffair Exactly!!!
I always wondered how him and his sibling were doing after that tragedy great update
What happened to him was awful but he is headed for destruction. Smoking weed, beating his "baby mama", in and out of jail. The cycle continues. He need a mentor, life coach and therapist.
Wow smoking weed. Definitely the worst thing someone can do.
You could've kept the smoking weed part to ya self 🤣
Self medicating remember he is a survivor of trauma. It's how he copes with trauma.
This was hands down the saddest first 48 and I watched season 1 through 15
Praying for his strength ,guidance and protection.
GLAD TO SEE EVERYONE WHO WENT THROUGH DAT PAIN & SUFFERING 2GETHA, IS STILL HERE TODAY… REMEMBER TO FOREVER KEEP GOD FIRST… #AMEN
