damn that rainy atmosphere is sooo beutiful :(
You guys are adorable together. Thank you for your wonderful videos!
This has quickly become one of my favorite channels here on UA-cam! You make me want to return to Japan!!!!
I hate getting theses videos in my feed just before lunch. I needed this channel when I lived there back in 2000-2001. This would have been so good.
Hi Satoshi and Shinichi good to see you guy's be safe God BLESS to all
Thank you brothers!!! Thank you for showing the small town of Nikko. I've been there twice, but only up into the mountains, to see the Toshogu shrine, to cruise down the river in a small boat, and to visit Edomura. Never visited the town, or tasted Yuba. The falls! I remember! AYU!!!! One of my favorites from my trip to Nikko!!! Sooooo many memories for me! Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!!!!!
Juliette Roussos......I can only wish. LOL! I've only been to Japan 3 times in my life, but was fortunate to spend more than just a few weeks. Three months was the longest, but that was many years ago.
Juliette Roussos......I'm so excited and cannot wait for the meet-up, here in Los Angeles at the end of the month. I love Shinichi and Satoshi's videos so much! Japan is such a beautiful country! I, too, love that they share foods from all over the world! Blessings to you too! Hope to see you at the live feed on Saturday night.
the mist on the falls made it look so magical! It was so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes! Thank you for sharing!
Yuba is one of the best wrappers in Dim Sum. I need to go to Nikko, like yesterday. Those falls are so beautiful. The clouds didn't ruin it. Super romantic.
Thank you! I'm visiting Japan and tomorrow we're going to Nikko! We're visiting Toshogu, and now I want to try yuba soba, looks so tasty!
The falls were still beautiful, the closest falls to where I live are the Niagara Falls. They're very long, but not nearly as high. Waterfalls are one of my favourite natural structures. There is just something so calming yet powerful about them. The food looked delicious, and I'd love to see a video of you guys making your own Gyoza Croquette recipe. I can tell you have a lot of fun coming up with recipes too. ♡♡
I actually preferred what the clouds and rain provided to see the falls. So beautiful!
For me, these weather improves the beauty of the scenery, it matches very well ^^
I agree. I thought the photography was terrific - so atmospheric and so beautiful - but perhaps less fun for Satoshi and Shinichi when they are actually out in the cold and rain?!? 🌧🌧🌧
It's full of wabi-sabi vibe when it rains! Though they wanted to shoot videos for those who would (or couldn't) go there, so I understood.
YEBISU38 , wabi-sabi! Yes ooh yes, enough said :D thank you for drop this, it's perfect explained ^^
My coworker just suggested I go to Nikko while I'm in Tokyo, and I came back to rewatch this video for tips! I'm so excited to get to see it!
I’m headed to Tokyo in mid-October and had been half-contemplating a trek up to Nikko, since it looks so beautiful... I’d been vacillating a bit, until I saw this video and the one you did on ekiben (Nikko to Tokyo). Now I’m very excited to go. Thank you for the nudge.
I want to visit Japan one day watching your videos make me wanna go even more
I really love your tours. Can't await the next one...
I keep getting blown away every time you make one of these videos the scenery blows me away every single time like just in awe every time its so beautiful
I love the foggy waterfall view, I thought it was mysterious and breathtaking. I also have come to really appreciate the taste of tofu recently and those dishes looked delicious, thank you so much for a wonderful video.
Thank you for introducing me to Zen. My friends and I enjoyed your recommendation! We loved the yubba
Ahhh finally catching up on your videos after a couple months and it's so fun to come back and binge them! Thank you so much for the great content! It keeps me company while working. They make me so hungry but it's so worth it.
I can't wait to visit Japan again, Nikko is on my bucket list now. Japan is so beautiful.
Guy's, that was a super fantastic road trip...I wish I was there. I would certainly love to try those delicious looking snacks
Nikko is great! I can remember that just outside the shrine there was an amazing cart selling one of the best taiyaki. Havent't been to the falls or the marshland but what is also great to see (although it is a bit far from the main sightseeing spots) is Kanmangafuchi Abyss and if you follow the hiking trail to the end I believe there is an onsen hotel there.
Oh wow that shrine is so stunning in the fog! It really gives off an other worldly feeling.
Such a beautiful waterfall, despite the fog! Thank you for showing us more of your incredibly gorgeous country!
I really appreciate it when you guys don’t put background music in beautiful sceneries and temples. Feels like i’m really there with you ♥️
I actually think that the fog and rain makes the place even more mysterious :)
The food looks so good and yummy. I love the landscapes even with the fog, 💘.
Always enjoy your videos. Love to see you guys exploring Japan since I live in America and can only visit vicariously through the internet. So thanks for the great recipes as well. ✌💛
"I know why this is famous"... I know why you guys are awesome there is genuine joy to the both of your eyes... its great :D oh and the clouds made it mystical and like magic still amazing as hell.
Watching your videos always make my day everyday!
Wow, you guys do really good videos and showing Japan to the world. Thanks for doing all the great videos!
Just visited Nikko for the first time a couple weeks ago. Such a beautiful place. Great video as always!
I love love love yr videos!!! So clean and informative. So calming. Good job!!!
I love yuba and ayu!! I remember cooking ayu over an open fire when I was little. It's the quintessential campout food!
Thank you :)Your travel videos are very informative. I love your recipes and I hope you can keep producing more videos :D
I love these little day trip videos!! I've been going back and rewatching all of them from 2-3 years ago!
Love the vlog and you cuties!
another awesome video!Love you guys
Although the weather didn't cooperate as much as you wished, I found the mist and rain very atmospheric, especially at the shrine. All the food looks so delicious, too. Wanna go!
I love how positive and fun your videos are. You guys really are a hidden gem on UA-cam.
Looks like you all had a wonderful day....Thanks for sharing this
Wooow, such a stunning beautiful surrounding there and I love the foggy fiew on the waterfall, makes it so mythic ^^ and I love to watch you taste these dishes too, of course. Everything looked soo tasty and it is so interesting to see the specialites from the region, I bet it tastes amazing. I'm always impressed everytime you travel how you catch the scenes on camera, the feeling, but somehow this is one step above to those in the past, can't name why. Everything was on point (ohh and I love the shamizen music, you picked perfectly) hope you have such a wonderful time there, please take a break just for you to relax too ^^
Beautiful video guys. The whole countryside there looks so lovely. Foggy, drizzly days like that are my favorite.
Loved it! Thanks for taking us along :-) Would love to see you recreate the gyoza korokke!
Your videos are always so lovely and comforting, it's such a pleasure to watch them! And they always make me hungry XD I've been to Nikko before but that was ages ago and I don't remember a lot. All the food looked so delicious, I really want to try Yuba. Guess I'll have to go back to Nikko one day
Love you guys! Great video!
今回の食べ物は最高に良かった。
全部美味しそうだった。
This is really useful! I'm going to Nikko and am quite clueless. Really like it that you guys listed the names of the restaurants and places for us. One bad thing about this clip is it makes you very hungry!
Everything looked wonderful and Nikko looks so interesting.
The croquettes always look amazing
Great video! Even though it was raining Nikko still looks beautiful!
I love Nikko. Been there dozens of times. Love it.
So beautiful !!! Yummy foods lol ♡♡ love foggy weather 🍁🍂🏵🏵❤

I learn so much from you two. Thank you! :3
You could say the beer was...unikko
Love ur travel videos! I get to see a part of the world I would never get to travel to. Thank you for these videos. They are great!!
Thank you for the lovely video! When you said, "Ayu," to the fish, I thought you were speaking Chinese! As Lawrence would tell you, it means, "Ah, fish" in Cantonese!
I love this course. I will refer to this video when I go to Nikko. Thank you.
Your videos are truly beautiful. You both seem so kind and nice, and the food looks always delicious, not to speak of the beautiful landscape. Thank you!
When I was a child my entire family went to Nikko for a vacation.
Love these videos!
Cloudy grey and foggy is my favorite kind of day I think things are more beautiful in that light so it looked perfect to me
My parents are from Kanuma and we go to Nikko every time I'm back in Japan! It makes me miss the place! I definitely need to try some of the food you tried out!
The waterfall is gorgeous! Really like this video would like to go to Nikko.
Going to nikko in April and can’t wait to try some of these things!!

Great video, guys! I want to go to Nikko now...
A trip to Nikkio to eat street food yummie
Nikko is gorgeous! Thanks for sharing your trip with us. Yuba is amazing. I buy it in dried form, soak it and make stir fry dishes.
Such beautiful scenery!
I want to try the soba beer and everything at that yuba restaurant!
def want to visit nikko and try all those yuba themed foods 😍
Nice one :) will be there tomorrow! So just in Time ;) I love yuba and the small soba shop near the bridge

The end of this month I will follow the way you eat 😊
Thank you for your video
What a wonderful trip.I love the foods n waterfalls so beautiful. I want to learn the koroke gyoza.have a great day.
What a gorgeous town! I'd love to try all the yuba dishes. Ayu is quite popular in my mom's hometown (Iwakuni) too. They go out on boats with cormorants, and the birds catch the fish. Thanks for showing us around Nikko!
It's so beautiful!
You two are my favorite ever
Yuba is my most favorite! Just ate some in my oden, but I never tried fresh yuba. Love you guys!
AMAZING video!!! I love, love, LOVED this! I felt like I was watching a movie. You filmed it so well and the music in between was perfect. I LOVED that shrine; absolutely beautiful. The food looked delicious, too.
Please recreate the gyoza croquettes.... I love both separately, but together would be epic!
Thanks for another great video. :)
Wow, I love these foodie focused travel vids! I haven't heard of Nikko or Yuba before, thank you for showing us this area and its regional food - it looks like a good day trip from Tokyo that would be doable for a tourist. I'd be very keen to try the yuba manju and yuba sushi, but I have to admit I felt sad at the hard boiled egg in your ramen! I'd love to see a cooking video on your take of a gyoza filled croquette! 😁
Yum, yum!!! The food looks so good!!! :D
OMG i'm from indonesia and was there on the golden week holiday this year. it was soooo crazily packed with people, from the train station until the top of the shrine. Fortunately, i went with express train, not by car, because for the first time everrr since my stay in Japan i saw really long and bad traffic jam on the way to Nikko. I remember that Zen restaurant had really long line waiting outside. When i was in Nikko, i only ate bento and some snacks and dango hahaha, we can't handle the long line everywhere. Thank you for the video, i really miss Japan. Next time when i visit japan again, i'll try that restaurant for sure!
+iva petr yeah holidays are the worst times to go anywhere in Japan!!!! Hope you enjoyed your trip!
I think Japan is a beautiful country so much to take in, gorgeous scenery
