Everything pros do movement wise is fluid…when they drive it isnt outta control layups,footwork nd balance is great. Pull ups into a one legged fade,theres great levels to great basketball players in terms of reps and detail towards what they do and how they do it

Something I’m noticing recently is that most NBA players are around the same size, 6’3-6’7, but what really makes all of them look like they have huge size differences is the crazy wingspans and leg lengths of NBA players, I feel like at least 80% of NBA players have abnormal limb length’s for their height

We need to Go back to playing old school 1 v 1 basketball when there's nobody on the court but 2 Hoppers that's playing each other... that means going get your own rebound , checking up and clearing the ball once the ball hit rim for a Hopper missing .... That's Real 1V1
