I think its gonna be Goku SSJ4 and here's why. Since the start of the year we've gotten characters such as Super 17, Super Baby 2, a new platinum equipment for Omega who have fought against SSJ4 Goku not to mention we've also gotten Blue GT Spirit bomb Goku and the Blue GT SSJ3 Goku who's about to get a zenkai and those 2 Gokus casually are the form before ssj4 and technically the form Goku has after ssj4 in the battle against Omega. Edit: I also think it's possible for them to either drop 2 ultras or drop an ultra with a LF as a side character for that banner a brand new lf ssj4 Vegeta or Uub that goes to Majuub per example.
I had a friend predicting a God Goku with SS4 Vegeta, since GT Goku was just one Saiyan away from completing the God ritual when the other Saiyans/Hybrids lent him their energy. I’ve been hooked on the idea of that “what if there was a fifth Saiyan there” idea for a while now, too, but given we just got a SSG unit, that’s probably another one that’ll be left to the future.
I saved up 50k CC as a F2P Player and ive been Fiennin for that UL Gogeta Ssj4 hope it turns out Amazing! All i wish for is a GT unit or Goku black Rosé&Zamasu that turns into Fused Zamasu as Nano mentioned in the Video! 👍

What would be cool but unlikely is a tag dbs broly and paragus tag and they add “ultra finish” and it’s frieza killing paragus Turing broly into legendary and he does some cool attack on your enemy
UL ssj4. If u r familiarized with dbz fighters ssj4 has a move which increases the level of his super attack there is 7 lvls so in dbl ssj4 green card increases unique once filled it will Do massive AOE damage OR even the first ultra with an ultra finish aka LF
so what I think would be cool would be a ultra fusion zamasu, also you know how ultra golden frieza has that attack or whatever he does after he dies he comes back with more health they should do that with a ultra fusion Zamasu but instead of just dying and attacking and coming back with more health they should make the Ultra fusion Zamasu do the same but turn into half corrupted fusion Zamasu after dying that would be dope
I don't know if this is a stretch, but breakers also just added Baby, a GT character, and dokkan has been including ads for the dlc in its menu screen. Its possible that legends will also follow up with ssj4 gogeta alongside that release for breakers.
As a USS team player in legends, it would be nice to have even more support, but I do have to say that the amount of USS releases is getting pretty sickening, regardless of how many months actually do pass between releases. The only thing I would really hope for in a new USS release is that the transforming SSJ Vegeta into SSB gets a Zenkai, since I think he has one of the most unique passives in the game. Aside from potential USS Ultras, there's also another thing Dragon Ball related that coincides with both the GT Goku Zenkai as well as the new f2p Omega equip that could hint towards a GT release, which is funnily enough the DBS Card Game masters. While it is an INSANE stretch, on july 12th the newest set releases, which while we don't know the set list, we DO know a handful of the cards coming in both the set AND the tournament rewards for this month. Those cards being a new Oceanus Shenron leader and Black Smoke Shenron Z-Unison, and more importantly, a new super rare SSJ4 Gogeta. Which then all comes together with Breakers' new season adding Baby as their newest raider, just adding more fuel to the conspiracy theorist fire. Though legends and the card game definitely have no connection whatsoever, and also especially not with Breakers, but it is an interesting thought for anybody that plays both legends and the card game.
with the introduction of dark element giblet, we could very well see another game original LF in the form of a tag shallot (light) & giblet (dark) that then fuse into shallet with synchro gauge.
Nano did we get LF goku/bardock last year? If we did then for the Games original theory you have, with my intuition might have Ssj Goku/Ssj Bardock, Like specifically Ssj Bardock from episode of bardock, then Ssj goku from The metal Cooler Movie, and imagine the LF if its Ssj Goku using his explosive dragon smash that he used with vegeta to smash through two metal coolers, I'm not the kind to know how Ssj goku/Ssj Bardock's LF could come out but it seems fitting
