We don't have a red box at my store at all! And, I looked! So all phone for me! But thanks to you, I have saved $637 just in the CVS app in the last 4 months! Thank you!!
And I use both cashier and self check out! So in my experience, the paper ones mess up at self check out! I did the degree unlimited with paper coupons, it raised my price! Not lowered it! Next time I am doing paper coupons by themselves. 😢
you're SO welcome that made my day! I have had the same experience with you where paper coupons result in a glitch at SCO so I now stick to all digital at SCO.
I always send coupons to card and I always use a cashier, I tried self checkout and i had issues and I had to get a cashier. My CVS cashier's are the best!!

It depends on what deals I’m doing. If I’m doing an all digital deal and have no % OFF Coupons I go to self check out. If I have some paper coupons and want to use the %OFF coupons I go with the cashier. Also I send everything to card but still check in with the red box machine because sometimes it’ll give me an extra paper coupon that I didn’t have in the app (usually like a 20%OFF coupon)
I use both. I prefer self checkout but I get CVS digital gift cards with my Ibotta rebates and I can't use it at self checkout. I find that so far the cashiers at my store are helpful and understanding with the coupons and trying to get the best deals.
I scanned the three toothpastes and then the toothbrushes and the $2 toothbrush coupon came off. Thanks for the heads up :)

I just use my coupons in my app and when I use self checkout I end up having to go to a cashier. The bounty coupon is not attaching to the napkins online

genius. yep that way the $5/3 will be forced to attach to those 3 and then when you add the last toothbrush and toothpaste it will force the 2 $2/1s to attach to those and come off.

My store doesn't have self checkout. All my CRTs are all digital. But I have a question, my sister's account she prints her CRTs at the redbox. So my question is if she gives me her paper CRTs that she's not going to use. Could I use her paper CRTs with my card? I hope that's not too confusing. I only have 1 CVS card. Lol
You cannot use CRTs or ECBs for another account. They are account specific.

Mainly use the app & a cashier bc I have cvs digital gift cards I’ve won & I can’t use those at SCO. I do have a regular gift card too & sometimes use SCO if I know a cashier is problematic or if it’s really busy.
yes that's the only thing you can't use digital gift cards at SCO which is sad

Kayla, what items is 75% off above the degree deodorant in your video?
So for the loreal elvive scenario…. I had a $3 off $15 CRT and no other coupons for those. So I bought 4 at $4.99 and the coupon didn’t come off. But the same for the loreal mascaras, only the manufacturer came off and not the $3 off $15. I bought the right things, and when I scan each item in the app, those CRTs pop up but don’t attach at the register. Is this a known issue? I’m missing $6 off my receipt because of it. 😩 do you think customer service would help?
that's super strange I usually never ever have an issue with spend CRTs. Yes customer service should definitely be able to help you and will issue you ECBs for the money that you didn't get off.

I use digital, mostly self checkout. But it glitches sometimes and they have to ring me up at the register
yep I would say 25% of the time it glitches for me. But I have never had it glitch when all my CRTs, coupons and ECBs are sent to card - only when I try to use paper versions of CRTs or ECBs.
I want to try to incorporate a $10 off $70 but I get lost and flustered 😫
$10 off $70 is definitely a lot. I do the math like 3 times to make sure that I am at the $70 before coupons but after sale prices and to calculate how many ECBs I need to use after all the coupons come off. I personally recommend going to a cashier for those. And keep in mind once they scan all your items a screen pops up usually on their end asking what you want to apply. Sometimes the $10 off $70 pops up there any they actually have to hit apply to apply it so make sure you tell them - "and I think I have some coupons on my account that I want to apply as well" and then usually they turn the screen and show me.

if i go on mondays will these deals still work? or is it only for sundays? is there a difference in between the coupons
yes absolutely you can go anytime between now and 8/17! It's a 2 week ad so all the ECB deals and sales are good through then. Just make sure to check coupon expirations.

Hate how the cereal no longer cost $1.99 can't believe it increase to $2.49 each. I know its $0.50 more but that just how we keep paying more on every single little thing
I hope this is just a "this week" thing and it goes back to $1.99. It seems like they have an initiative right now to lower prices. I have been seeing "lower price" tags all over the store and I do think the sale prices are going down a bit lower for example the $12.99 Tide liquid and the $3.99 Dove/Old Spice deodorant last week!

yes it would! just use one and have them scan it before they hit total when the digitals apply (or scan it before entering in your phone # at SCO). I was actually planning on showing that and doing it myself but they took down the tear pad at my store!! I was so sad and was kicking myself for not grabbing some last week.

Hi @kaylakoupons! I did the deal where you get back $10 ECB at the bottom of the receipt. I took a photo of the receipt for fetch but then lost it and I’ve now realized that $10ECB never showed up in my account. Is it possible for it to only show up on paper and not on the app? Do you think there’s anything I can do or anyone I can call to get that $10 ECB on my account since the receipt said I met the offer.
