@@ClinicalPhysio thanks. I have order fir MRI, not sure if I should spend the money but its such odd pain, variable and swollen over illum. Painful to bear weight and go up stairs , and after sitting when I stand, I hobble for about 10 minutes. The PT also did a maneuver that made a big pop , he said it was SI joint.. I think its many things so yes ill go this week and see PT again, its just so long lasting and not much is improving. Thanks so much for your reply.
@@ClinicalPhysio thanks!🤗one more thing , if it is TPS.. is there hope to fully improve, and I know you can't speak to my case as everyone different but in general do most eventually improve or is this something that is extremely difficult to improve upon? Maybe tell me about the average case? And if you'd rather not I understand.
I think i have Trohanteric pain syndrome.. should I lay off all exercise
No definitely not 😊 please see a local physio who can help you through this period for which exercises are the right ones for you
