Firstly, It was a nice session Sir. Sir last Question mein mera ek doubt ha ki trypsin ko inactivate bhi kiya hoga na FBS etc se detergent add karne se pehle lane 2 and lane 3 mein??? I hope aap help karenge meri iss doubt ko clear karne mein.
