He also fasted a lot when he was much younger. My pop pop had it going pretty well upstairs even till death! I’m doing the 23hr fast for the 3rd day now. It is a bit weird to only eat 1 hour in the day, but I’m starting to reep the benefits. More time to do something else, it’s easy, certainly when doing meal preps too, it enhances my focus on what I’m eating and I start to love it! I’m no longer bloated, I do have cravings every now and then but they don’t bother me as much, and I’m really really excited to go eat! It was usually just because I was hungry or had a craving. I’m more in control now and it helps to watch your video’s about fasting because it’s like my body speaks to me while watching like a little kid. Saying things like Oh please can you do this!? I’ve been fasting for 5 months now, my feet hurt so bad , I was bed ridden and I didn’t want to poop as much, so I would just eat something once a day or I wouldn’t eat at all, now I’m to the point of just fasting 18 hours a day, and since I’ve started to went from 330lbs to 290lbs , I don’t drink sodas and all I eat are home cooked meals. Fresh ingredients, I went to get blood work done and they said I have high uric acid so they recommend I stay away from eating meats. I don’t have diabetes but I do have high blood pressure, and high insulin resistance. My feet still hurt as if I had neuropathy, I can’t walk without crutches, they gave me steroids and vitamins to heal but I still need to see a neurologist or rheumatologist . I will continue my journey, so far I’m getting better.

I just keep learning more everytime you do a video. I've always had this since my teen years and I'm now 55. Very obese the last 7 yrs I quit smoking and struggle so bad with a meniscus injury and 140 lb weight gain.
I have days with very low carb that I exercise too much because I feel so great but it just causes continued muscle tightness that ends up in full body spasms from my neck to my feet. I just spent 8 weeks in therapy for chronic back pain that I've had for years, so much so that I sleep up to 4 hrs at a time because 8 hrs means I have such pain I can't move. I still can't stand for more than a few minutes and walk with a walker.

Go for it! So much conventional wisdom surrounding what is heathy is always guaranteed to bring people back into a debilitating state. This isn’t my first time doing keto,I just wasn’t aware of health washing for sweets. Symptoms of low stomach acid could look like anything! And doctors are very reluctant to bring any attention to the liver, but they will charge you anyway.

I recently was diagnosed with diabetes 2 and I lost 20lbs in the first 2 months but had to eat all day spread out (made sure it was super small meals and cut out most carbs ave sugars). I believe fasting ( 1- meal a day) enhances brain power based on my personal experience. When I was 25 yrs old to 29, I had a very strenuous job that required me to sit all day in the office and skip lunch, not by choice but by necessity coz lunchbreak gave me the opportunity to attend to piles of technical papers that accumulate on my desk over the working hrs from my subordinates. I was a chief design engr and much time is needed mentoring, guiding my people thru the day. Nights were not spared for I' d bring work at home and go through them after I consumed my OMD quickly through the wee hrs. I lost much weight but didnt complain coz my brains worked so well during those times. ( only my wife did complain, for lack of intimate hours so much so that it took 5 yrs before we had our 2nd child, which materialised when I transfered employment). Looking back, now I am retired, I savor that experience and attribute it as responsible for my better health condition ( I am 71), longevity and managing birth control.
