Great idea but if you put your wood block on top of a heavy house leveling block it will give you a more solid back up than just the vibrating table top. 👍
I see ton of this stuff at my gun club it interferes with brass collection. So I take everything on the ground and magnetically sort the steel. To scrap it,. But maybe I'll try your suggestion. I normally use Harbor freight screw drivers to make tools they are soft enough to drill without heat treating or annealing. You may want to use extra lube for sizing I did this to reload some Evensvill steel cases from WW 2 I was loading them in carbide dies.

Chamber empty primed case in firearm. Strike the primer with the firing pin then proceed.

Done it with tula 223 before, used a 22lr casing and hydrostatic shock. Reloaded the berdan primer too. Great vid you got my sub.
