I've also posted the PC build that I currently use: beamng-fun.com/pc-specs/
I would look for a PC that has a CPU of at least either an Intel 9000 series or an AMD Ryzen 3000 series or higher. Any of the Nvidia RTX GPUs would be good - 2000 or higher. You might be able to go lower but those would give you good performance.
