Sora isn't the only healer that can utilize full meal. Choco-sensei effectively has the same healing to damage skill, but cranked up to 11. Full meal is absolutely worthwhile for her as well.

The infinite Sora build isn't completely dead, as you can still access the CDR when hit buff in the HoloHouse cooking section. It's as beautiful as the day PPM got reworked.
this video is probably the first time i've heard anyone say that a CC familiar whose CC works on bosses is useless. i mean... it's not Friend, i agree but he's still able to lock a boss in place surrounded by spinning stars. give my boy some credit.

Fun fact: Instead of Full Meal, Beetle is a better choice for letting idol healing to deal damage.
Then again, you could also run both, alongside Uber Sheep into eventual super collab I can't spell the name of.
