I am so grateful that a black women with my hair texture is doing videos like these❤ I really want to interlock but I am afraid of damaging my locs I tried to do one but im afraid to do the rest but with your videos I am gaining courage
I am SO happy that you are here, Janiah. YES for similar hair textures :) Interlocking can be intimidating however, it gets better. I would suggest trying one loc for practice and seeing how it goes. Like most skills, it takes time to build up the courage, skill and knowledge of your hairs' needs but its VERY doable :)

I also have hair growing in between my locs I just leave it until it grows enough to start a new loc
