Ma'am in section 2 (2) you had taught that decree is not appealable then why this rejection order is appealable thereas decree not? Please clarify this doubt to this. I could not clear it from myself. Please ma'am clear this doubt..

अगर ऑर्डर 7 रूल 11 में कोई केस रिजेक्ट हो जाता है तो नया कैसे कब तक लगा सकता है
पहले वाला 3 साल के टाइम लिमिट में था पर आप जो दूसरा कैसे लगेगा वह टाइम लिमिट से बाहर हो गया तो लिमिटेशन एक्ट में केस डिसमिस हो गया कैसे चलेगा
