@@asdfghjk9428 Yep, ironically I did not care for the first one's style but I was thinking about purchasing the 2nd game, yet it is not available for purchase on any of my main gaming platforms lol. Maybe for the 3rd game they could keep the same style but add something more to it. The 2nd one's style looks cooler in the trailer prehype than during actual gameplay.
@@asdfghjk9428 yeah 3d is difficult to get the 2d look with. We see this with some 3d's trying to make the anime with the celshaded effects, but it does not look like the anime. A lot of these "retromodern" games do not look like authentic retro games from the 90s, because nowadays artists seem to just use mspaint style for the pixel art when that is not what they did back in the day. Still, I respect that horizon chase 2 seems to have their own style and I do not view it as a true retromodern or retro style.
This game is the definition of wasted potential. Imagine locking your game to a dead subscription service, on top of the fact that the vast majority of your audience can't even play it because iphones are way too expensive for anyone outside of North America. Dead on arrival. 🤡
@@bluetuber982 Some seem not to remember how predatory Apple is, literally if they want they make you sign a millionaire contract so that you don't sell your product to anyone, even if it's at a loss for Apple, and they will do it only to prevent their competition from getting a good product... If by a miracle this game manages to leave Apple it will be by 2025...
Darling, did you forget this is a sequel to the first one? Much like the first, they will port it to many version, eventually. You can always buy the console version if subscription on phone version scared you so much, in which I recommend do that. One day, its service will go down anyway for phone.
they will release for pc and consoles next year the same thing happened in the previous game, which was exclusive to mobile and some time later came out to all other platforms

THAT RHYTHM!!! I KNOW THAT RHYTHM!!!
Damn, with this game, gear club stradale, and asphalt 8 with no ads, I’m honestly gonna have to subscribe to Apple Arcade again.
As far as soulless corporate art styles go, this one actually seems top-tier.
this is actually indie, but yeah, kinda reminds me of Asphalt.

Said the Senior Lead Designer lmao
They've really improved the engine sounds for this game. Plus I like how the music sounds more at home with the tracks.
Excelente juego

I've already beaten this game 100% and got the Gladio
please part 2
Long live Synth music
And long live Barry Leitch.

Why does it feels like beach buggy racing now
they better not keep this an apple arcade exclusive bro

One thing that still bugs me. Some of the textures are very blurry.

Já lanço?
Por enquanto, só para Apple Arcade.

I'm sure they'll eventually release it on console and other platforms sometime in the future.
