What if we apply and get the obc certificate after the crucial date you mentioned? Will it be considered under provisional??
In court's order, ssc mentioned that obc certificate before the three years from crucial date and after 180 days from crucial date would be accepted by the commission... It means , upto 180 days from crucial date is acceptable also...clarify this...plzz

In SSC CGL 2022 notification it is given that DV would be conducted by departments.
And my obc certificate is State's only. Should I have to make it before the crucial date i.e. 8/10/2022. I heard from many sources that once you qualify in exam before appearing in DV you have to make it

My fathers name written in 10th marksheet is Uttam Ughade but on my permanent obc caste certificate it is Uttam Kumar Ughade. Also on my 12th marksheet and all other documents (PAN, Aadhar etc) it is Uttam Kumar Ughade. Will this create problem in DV ? I would need to fill ssc cgl application with the name given in 10th marksheet but I am concerned if this would create a problem in DV.

I have downloaded the OBC NCL format, filled it with hand written & signed/stamped with District Magistrate. No separate printed document is given to me.
Is it correct which is filled by me & signed & stamped on itself.

Sir my EWS certificate is issued on the date of 24-1-2022 can it be valid for ssc CGL 2022 if I summited it during the 28-1-2022 to 1-2-2022 form correction process. Bro Residential Address can be anywhere but Permanent Address that you fill has to be of the state from where you originally are. From that permanent address state you get Obc certificate and schooling from another state doesn't matter

@@sangeetarajshri6585 you are right. I have also read that, many people are unaware of that. There are some certain conditions like before 40 yrs of age Father should not be class A or class B officer.
After 40 yrs of age Father can be Class A Or class B officer irrespective of his income. This is some of the criteria I have read. Is this right???

But how you can be on non creamy layer you got decent income.
Brother there are many criteria for different sections of people for being non creamy not just income. For example class C officers of govt jobs are non creamy even if their income is more.

Sir...me ssc2019 me selection ho rkha he mains me abhi tk or ssc chsl me bhi....abhi tk mene obc ka central cast certificate nh banwaya tha....or abhi July 2020 se me rajsthan state government job me hu...ab mujhe khud ka hi income proof lgana hoga ise bnwane me ya fir me parents ka lgau.? mera doubt ye hain sir...dv ke douran mera obc ssc format tto dekhega wo thik hain ,par state format ka bhi dekhega kya? agar ha ttoh state format certificate ka bhi koi dates ka chakkar hain kya? i mean state cerficate bhi recent ka lagega ? mera ttoh lagbhag 10-12 saal pehle ka hain
