I like the interior styling: sleek with beautiful materials. High quality without being over the top. Stylish, very nice indeed, and not just the master bedroom. Great boat!
I don't know why, but this is probably my favourite boat on your channel. Another great tour!
Nick you mention that there is an option of conventional engines or IPS on this boat. I would welcome a full Aquaholic tour on the pro’s and con’s of IPS and what boat builders are doing with the presumed additional space that IPS provides
Your passion for these yachts really shines through. Engaging reviews and I think I've already bought (in my heady, anyway) half the boats you've shown!
Me too! Thank you :)
@@AQUAHOLIC : The spaciousness of the engine room was the most surprising to me. I didn't expect to see that in a '52 boat.
Hi Nick. Another great tour. Lots of interesting features aboard. Great video.
I love the Sunseeker manhattan 52. It's my dream. Mainly with the Flybridge hard top. Great video Nick like always👍👍
Great video
I saw this Manhattan when I was in torquay in July the distinctive hull design is utterly brilliant and looking at the video is finished to perfection thanks for taking the time to do the review
It almost feels as though I can afford this one!
Neil Phelps right lol
Price is in Euros......it does get pricey if converted to U.S. dollars
Look at Carver and Marquis.....lower end priced yachts built in U.S.....if your in the USA.
Go halves with you.

Thank you, Nick, for another superb review. This yacht is without compromise and can provide the perfect addicted mariner or family with accommodation for long and short periods of enjoyment. Anything shorter has compromises somewhere in its makeup and anything longer starts to fall into the opulent category. This is just a fabulous yacht, great design, high quality, has everything a customer needs and it has the Sunseeker name. What more could you ask for?
Very nice! Comparable to the Princess 52. I love the satin finish woodwork and the galley aft layout. Some Italian boats are a bit too blingy for me, this one is a great alternative to the Princess.
An absolutely stunning craft Nick. With your presentations, we’re able to enjoy these beautiful machines, whereas otherwise they would be unobtainable.
The boat is a work of art but that engine room! What a room. Everything so accessible, (reachable). 😂
Love it and looking forward to your next presentation. Thanks.
It's an impressive machine for sure! Thanks for your comment.
Accessible is the word you’re looking for Nick. Accessible 😁
Sunseeker understanding the excellence of the Galley Aft leaving more accommodation space below. Can see why it was such a good seller.
This is one a very beautiful yatch i've ever seen..
It's a nice yacht. Not much you can do on a craft for 8 times the price that you can't do on this one.
Well you have more space to get lost
You get way more rooms, bathrooms, dinette space, garage for full boat and more. Big difference. If somebody is going with family and friends extra rooms are very handy.
The aft cabin on these which was out of bounds on this one is actually really good too for this size of boat
looks like the best use of space in such a size craft, offers the amenities of a much bigger boat
Great video..lovely boat spacious and stylish..nice just to watch..not in the buying bracket...yet..haa.
Great boat. Lots to offer for the money. Thanks Nick
Loved the space in the engine room looks nice and tidy .
a great view of a unique craft, thanks for posting, its awesome
Glad you enjoyed it, many thanks for the comment. :)
They make some beautiful boats. Super tour as always.
I really like this very well thought out, one of my favorites great use of space I would only change a couple of things and it would be perfect for spending a couple of weeks at sea. thanks Nick a great job as always , love your tours keep up the great work
Awesome, thank you!
Lovely yacht, brill layout. Thank you.
Amazing boat, great motivation for me thanks for your great videos
Nick, you skipped the master cabin en suite bathroom mate.I'm guessing it didn't have a rainfall shower, but I've noticed sometimes the master cabin does in fact have one even when the other cabins don't.
Quite nice. Proper yacht despite modest size. Pretty good option. 4 way owner's club, that's a win.
Thats absolutely lovely and it was great to see how it looks when it is all covered up when not in use. Thanks i think the Sunseeker is my favourite and though i love the catamaran You showed, it would have to be close to auto to handle a sail. I realise now sales cut fuel costs a lot i guess and thats why many buy them.
Would have loved for you to mention head room in the owners cabin Nick. Very relevant on a 52 foot.
Me too. Any informations if it is suitable for 6.4 tall persons?
Amazing boat overall
very good layout in the engine compartment, tommorow ill look at it live😁
Would probably buy something like this if I win the lottery.
As always great Video. Really liked the boat, seems a nice size also If you just start boating (and of course can afford it 😅) Greets from Germany
Nice boat! Like the covers at the cockpit area as well. Allows for extending the boating season a bit.
"It really is get at able" -- yes if you are tiny. BUT far better than some technical spaces in other boats.
Really nice boat.
I would love to see you do a review on the maratimo 60
Great little regal for sale at 6:51 😂
Could make an ideal tender..! :D
Thoughtfully designed @ this price!
Lovely boat, good layout. And how about that engine space? Thanks for showing us around Nick.
So far, since I am a fan, this boat is AWESOME for it size, one thing those company are all missing is the possibility to sleep to more people for a night, at 2:48 make that seat as a possible bed. Not very hard I would say.
Beautiful boat
Love your videos your a great person. I feel like you used the word massive a little to loosely on this one my friend.😂😂😂😂
This boat is definitely giving the Princess 50 plus yachts a run for their money!
Check out the Carver C52 Coupe I designed one on website and saved the design 1.7 million....If I ever stumble into a small fortune
Stunning
Nice boat and similar layout to the Princess 55, my money would go towards the Princess though, as far as finishings, trimming and overall styling and design goes. Thanks for the good reviews on both these lovely boats Nic, much appreciated as usual.
Did I miss the laundry machine? Or is there not one?
Good afternoon, sir! Thanks a lot for so good description!) By the way- what is the price of this “bird”?)) Yes, I can imagine that it depends on options, interior quality maybe, but...- is it starting from ...?
Nick, you do great videos.
With a range of 200+ NM in practical terms what would you use this for?
Dumb question, sorry but I cannot imagine parking it down in Gosport and the odd jaunt over to the IOW.
Would you take it somewhere in the Med. and use it down there.
I go out with my friend as he has a sailboat in Gosport and the season has been pretty rough this year with the weather and not particularly nice out on the Solent when it has been raining so much.
So I fully understand the multimillion-pound yachts with huge fuel tanks/long-range but I do not quite get the market for this type of boat.
Sorry for the dumb question but curious about how this type of boat would get used?
It has easy cross channel range
Nice boat ,shame they don't label the pipe work in the engine room to show you where they go like princess do.
8:53 "It really is getatable if that's a word" Might I suggest "accessible"?
Did you forget the crew’ cabin... thats the most interesting part.. its hidden, its smart save space, and its tricky
Wasn't forgotten, he mentioned that is was currently stuffed full of cushions as part of its winterization.
Loved that walk round nick awesome as ever
You just need to tell me the lottery winning numbers and then I can buy one 👍😂🐕
Stunning boat. How the other half live eh? Great video
Sunseeker always beautiful quality.
I can only assume buyers must all be alcoholics with the size of these huge wine coolers?
You should do a video on a princess f55
I have - it's coming! :)
Your probably not gonna read this comment but is the tv screen in the salon in this boat bigger than the tv in the Galeon 550 fly?
I've read it, but I have no idea, sorry! :D
AQUAHOLIC oh thanks haha.
Never really been a fan of Sunseeker, I much prefer Princess and Fairline, this boat however, ticks a lot of boxes, and it may well be my next buy in three of four years time when they have dropped by 40%..
I was thinking of 55' to 60' as I have a Phantom 48 at the moment, however this looks like a big enough jump in in size just justify the upgrade, I must go and reserch the overall dimensions.
get-at-able == accessible
The only thing I don’t like about UK/euro built yachts it a significant lack of range , I got to have a min 500nm range at 20-25 kts, I boat out of the south puget sound on the west coast of the US fuel for me right now is a bit over $2.40 a gallon, I hate having to pay Canadian prices hence the need for fuel capacity/range
I think you'll struggle to find a 50ft boat that will do 500nm at 25 knots. The problem is that the amount of fuel you'd need to carry would be too heavy and take up too much space (more than double the existing fuel capacity).
AQUAHOLIC , I’m slowly learning that , about the closest I’ve found is the Grand Banks 54 I’m sure there may be others but seems to me 400-450 at 20-25 seems to be the max
Loved it so much, I ordered one. Ha! in my dreams :(
Lovely appointed boat, but I just don't see the value in a lot of boats for this size for around a million quid.
you forgot the cruw cabin and the other door on back... :'''(
Has it got the new boat smell? 😉
looks good
While you were in Torquay, did you stay at Fawlty Towers or a similarly excellent establishment? ;p
Sadly not 😄
Would prefer the princess 62 fly I think
Even if the crew cabin is inaccessible, a brief oral description of it would be useful.
Perhaps a silly question but how long would it take to learn how to drive a boat like this? And where would I go to learn???
I have zero experience with boats but am considering learning
Thanks
Hard to say how long, bit like learning to drive a car, everyone is different. Check the RYA web site, they have lots of info on training including training centres.
@@AQUAHOLIC thank you, that’s great. Will check that out 🙂
Aft galley! Champion!
Can you put a hardtop on the flybdridge? The same question for the Princess 55.
Would IPS give this 52 a further on-suite?
Are these suitable to live on during the winter months?
No reason at all why you couldn't, but it's extremely unlikely that anyone would buy a boat like this as a sole residence.
Very nice 👍👍👍👍👍
Hi, please review a Bering 80
If I get the opportunity I will
Do boats follow the same rules as cars... as in the helm position is on he right hand side
Is there no garage to store toys and stuff
Not on this one, that's normally the preserve of sportscruisers at this size.
Love everything except for the mid 70s brown basement panelling look throughout the cabin area. Why not a more contemporary design or at least something from the 80s or 90s?
Not sure what the designers were thinking on this one
Is there any room for a tender to be kept under the bbq area out back??
It's a hi/lo hydraulic bathing platform, so yes you can put a tender on it.
AQUAHOLIC thanks mate. But there is no where that it can be stored underneath and inside the back of the boat like say the Riviera 4800SY??
@@Ben3908ABC It's a crew cabin behind the transom so the tender lives on the platform. The Riviera 4800SY is more of a 'sports yacht' (hence the SY), you'd need to look at Sunseeker's Predator range to see a comparable style and they do normally have tender garages.
A crew cabin? Who would need a crew cabin for this boat? Its way to small for a crew cabin only a 52 foot boat. I know it isn't your fault. You make awesome videos. Keep up the good work.
It's because people like to have people to do stuff like chorse owners would not want do
It's also an opportunity to have a 4th cabin for guests. 4 bedrooms on a boat under 60 feet is amazing
if one day i can afford this lol i will name the boat after my mother :D
You can get an absolute 60 fly for same price! Thats alot of boat for the money! You would have been on an absolute Nick how can absolute build an 8 foot bigger boat even with volvo ips pods for the same price as this 52 sunseeker?? I agree sunseekers interiors are a little nicer but not that much price wise!! Great vid as always Nick cheers!
Personally I'd rather keep a British company and worker employed
@@junk52 what if your going to save 500 000 pounds? Thats 20 years docking fees and many trips of fuel! For same size boat with volvo ips pod engins? And quality hull and quality interior! Not as flash as a sunseeker but quality is same? If you dont have a budget id understand id buy the sunseeker if i had no budget but most do! Its going to cost
100 000 pounds a year to run it so over 20 years thats another 2 million pounds ! So to own and operate this 52 over 20 years is 3 million pounds without fuel! You could easily spend another
250 000 pounds on fuel this is when saving half a mill on purchase price looks good! Just a general comment!!
@@baddazzgarage2953 well i dont know the price of your mentioned boat, only you had stated "same price" , so why not buy British if that were the case....
@@junk52 you can buy the absolute 64 fly for half a million pounds cheaper than the princess 62fly or you can buy the absolute 72fly for the same price as the sunseeker 66fly! So the first comparison you get a boat 2 foot bigger than the British built princess for half a million pounds cheaper! Thats 20 years of docking fees and alot of fuel for trips! Yes all that for a bigger vessel with same layout! The second comparison you get a boat 6 foot bigger same layout with flybridge for equal price of the British built sunseeker! And you look at any video of a 10 year old sunseeker or princess for sale you will hear the floors creaking, the stairs creaking the doors rattling in other words after 10 years these supposedly quality built British yachts are toast! The worst thing any yacht can do is have squeaking floors , walls , doors while walking and under way! These boats are not what their advertised as! And you definitely dont get what you pay a premium for and lets face it the British built yachts are the most expensive! Look at British built supercars! Same thing they look amazing but build quality is very low! Very unreliable but a premium price! Their is 2 British builders that have excellent pricing thats pearl and fairline and both are well built! Princess and especially sunseeker have used platforms like the james bond movies were sunseeker yachts are in the movie and give an impression they are extra special! These machines are nice boats but there is absolutely no doubt they are exstreemly overpriced! But people fall for the name thinking their buying something of better quality when their not! Holland, italy and some German builders are the best but they dont sell production yachts only custom and are more expensive but the quality is of highest standards! Van der valk in Holland build production boats see the 600beachclub ! Expensive but all steel hull and build quality of the highest standards! British yachts are overpriced period! They do look very pretty i will give them that but looks are only skin deep its what's under the skin that counts!!
I’LL TAKE THE NORDHAVN 52 OVER THIS PIECE OF FLASH ANY DAY, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
Nice but over a million and no AV in the cabins?
😍👌
No direct en suite to master!
Yes there is, 4:46 on the right. I didn't show it very well but it's there.
@@AQUAHOLIC
Aah yes, I did see that but thought it was in the corridor as I didn't see the entrance door on the left 😁
@@stef325able It's not very clear - I should have pointed it out.
👍
CANT BEAT A NELSON
Susnseekers best seller? Interesting, love their boats but may be my least favorite.
It's a shame that this doesn't have IPS joystick.
the 52 comes with straight shaft and a xenta joystick option, or IPS which comes with a joystick. This particular 52 is a straight shaft boat.
Weird flex but okay...
Yeah not going to afford this with my software dev salary in any time soon.. I'll get a sailboat for 10k instead
Love Predators with or without fly bridge. Hate Manhattans! Seems too crammed, like a cheap motel.
getatable lol
Shoes didn't even come off for this one.
5:39 - can clearly see my shoes in the cockpit waiting for me! :D
That wooden table on the bow is ridiculous...Riva 66 is much better
Overpriced
Too expensive for piece of plastic
