That's happened with me but try this methods it's was worked with me 1 clean ssb2 cache 2 force stop the game 3 re-login in ssb2 I'm not big brain but this worked with me
Dont delete ur game download zachiever and make files and copy ur map to the files once ur Map is gone on ssb2 due to Delete Re-copy the Map to ur ssb2

Aslo happend to me and expet my vip and i got disconted for no reason they i got deleted my program they i exit and back again i Lost all my pack and vip Apocalypse and halloween car for 355 gems and i Lost toi skins and mafia car cost for 125 gems and gamepass Lost it too😔

You can get all skins, cars zombie pack and stuff back.. But most sad thing is all maps are deleted.
