She's talking about a struggle with her health guys look up the meaning behind this song it talks about how she had such bad eczema it was kinda killing her and how later she found out it was all basically an allergy to what she ate and honestly I love this song I relate to her for the years I was on drugs and have been clean now for a while all I wanted was to be clean, free myself from myself and live for once as the real me what I had suppressed for five years to save myself and numb the bullying she made a song that strikes me so hard and makes me actually cry I have to say this is one of my favorite songs

It's like comparing BTHM to I Prevail compares to Linkin Park compares to Halocene and compares to Jinjer and Ankor. They are all different.
They sound like the same genre, but they still each have differences in their style that that make them unique.
