I hate when people talk about weight loss and the gym. The gym is NOT for weight loss. Ron needs to drastically cut back on the calories he is consuming. At his size he is probably consuming 6,000 calories a day to maintain his current body weight. If he cut that in half he could lose 100 pounds by the end of the year. He can sit at home and twiddle his fingers and still lose a massive amount of weight with a caloric deficit.

No tattoos, no kids, no colored hair and no piercings. I could find all of that a few miles down the road, but I don’t surround myself with that, at all, so it’s not MY environment.
