Both swiggy or Zomato charges up to 50% extra from customers. And ultimately we pay this extra amount. I prefer to call directly to the restorant and mostly have the delivery boy for near by places. It's the best deal for me and the restaurant owners too.
nicely explained. recently i was in shock finding this when i used to order from a place near to my home. I could have easily hone to that place and pick up food but i was under impression that zomato is cheaper but gone are those days now. There is no advantage even for customer anymore ordering from zomato apart from delivery benefit

I started cloud kitchen few months ago and had come to conclusion that these app mainly focus on earning for themselves and there is no services provided to restaurant. If restaurant is facing any kind of problem then the app doesn't bother to help the assigned manager doesn't even contact and if you somehow found them and ask for help then their support is negligible and only verbal. I have also found that when i started advertising on Zomato many people started to irder same dish and gave one star on same day even if the dish was fine. As my restaurant was new it was easy to track rating as sell want enough. After asking more people and with some research i come to know that competitor or may be Zomato hire bloggers to do so. It reduces our rating and reduce sell as well...also some restaurant hire bloggers to increase their rating
Lmao same I know many restaurants pay for fake reviews, but more than that there are third party companies that provide you with a +rating, to boost up your sale through algorithm. So currently my restaurant has a rating of 3.7 but if I pay 5k to these companies they would increase it to 4.0. other than that I've never heard of Zomato giving fake 1 star rating.

Some restaurants increase price and some reduce quantity that I even noticed. But when you order from Giants restaurants then they are not increasing price ot reducing quantity like in gurgaon when you order from OM sweets, Haldiram or McDonald's you may get discounts but they don't reduce the quantity

Swiggy बेस्ट है , 60 % डिस्काउंट देती है कई रेस्टोरेंट में उसमे 30% उसका होता है। 30% रेस्टोरेंट का। कही से तो ज्यादा कमाएगी ही। हाई क्लास वालो से ज्यादा चार्ज करती है, क्योंकि वो बड़े रेस्टोरेंट से आर्डर करते है, लेकिन मिडिल क्लास वालो को फायदा होता है। depends की आप आर्डर कहा से करते हो।

I started cloud kitchen few months ago and had come to conclusion that these app mainly focus on earning for themselves and there is no services provided to restaurant. If restaurant is facing any kind of problem then the app doesn't bother to help the assigned manager doesn't even contact and if you somehow found them and ask for help then their support is negligible and only verbal. I have also found that when i started advertising on Zomato many people started to irder same dish and gave one star on same day even if the dish was fine. As my restaurant was new it was easy to track rating as sell want enough. After asking more people and with some research i come to know that competitor or may be Zomato hire bloggers to do so. It reduces our rating and reduce sell as well...also some restaurant hire bloggers to increase their rating

Lmao same I know many restaurants pay for fake reviews, but more than that there are third party companies that provide you with a +rating, to boost up your sale through algorithm. So currently my restaurant has a rating of 3.7 but if I pay 5k to these companies they would increase it to 4.0. other than that I've never heard of Zomato giving fake 1 star rating.

@@Hyiiitsme hi, I don't remember they randomly called me, plus I think they got my no. From my outlet's ig page, anyway Zomato doesnt allow fake ratings/ reviews anymore and the places with 2k + reviews get promoted automatically apart from the ones who additionally pay promotion fees.
But still these companies are in loss

Delivery charge plus taxes can easily give you two more meals...
Some restaurants increase price and some reduce quantity that I even noticed. But when you order from Giants restaurants then they are not increasing price ot reducing quantity like in gurgaon when you order from OM sweets, Haldiram or McDonald's you may get discounts but they don't reduce the quantity

Nice video. Please do a video on contamination of food by the chefs such as spit, etc. in the food ordered from Zomato Swiggy. There are no food safety measures in place. Please do your research. It's a serious matter and needs to be looked at.
