CBR250 also has a sort of anti lock tech where it will raise the RPM by introducing air to the intake. Not as good as a slipper clutch but is still something. I have a cbr too and dont have too much issues with rear lock.
Bro even looking at the meter you can already say it is R15. And R125 doesnt have VVA tech. It is definitely R15. The reason why the speed is slower even in 6th gear because of the track. The not enough longer straight to reach the max speed of the bike. R15 can reach up to 150km/h and probably more depending on the weight of the rider,the track,uphill or downhill,the tires,the skill of the rider. So many things could cause the bike to go slower or faster. Anyway,yeah it is a R15. Great bike.
You dont have that much acceleration to reach top speed in 800m. I'm sure if you keep accelerating for 3-4km straight line, with good tail wind you can reach 100mph or so.
It will be a good bike for beginner bro. Ample power for having on the track and not as much power to get you in trouble. Expect good handling but dont expect too much power in standard trim.

You need to blip before downshifting to reduce rear lock

R125 isnt available in Malaysia. R15 is the lowest spec for fairing bikes
