So, his reactions and movements were fine in retrospect to everybody else, but his ability to read the situation because of the download component being so laggy was dreadful. The only way he could do things was by reacting like a second or two before the action occurred on his screen. 5up can only confirm there was no lag on the upload side from his pov not the download side

Well purple and green stood away from them but still having 8 players in a voice call is hard when communicating with eachother as you can see in the timestamps Try playing this game with 7 of your friends and besides they planned on how many players should get on the platform like 2 or 1 on the right 2 on the left and 3 on the right so some of them needs to be close! at the platform and no they're not getting in the way of others whos jumping in the platform like i said having 8 person in a discord VC makes it hard to communicate with others so imagine you just waiting for someone to tell you to jump in the platform but the other 6 are just mumbling which made it difficult for you to hear your turn But why are we fighting over this anyways they finished the level perfectly
@@moppa6949 I was just writing that because two of the people (I forget which colors) were standing on the left, really close to the platform, and it made it difficult for the person/people actually trying to jump; they kept getting (or almost getting) wedged between the platform and one of the two people standing there, so they actually were struggling to jump when they needed to. I was frustrated at the time, so that’s why I made the comment. In truth, I actually enjoy watching the chaos and don’t hold it against anyone, even Ellum. Goodness knows it’s hard herding a group of people. XD I should know, I’m a DM XD So Im not actually taking it too seriously, ‘twas just a bit of frustration XD

Steve was placing blocks at the same speed as most others but, as mentioned, did more columns than everyone. (5up is just cracked at tetris, he's an outlier and therefore should not be counted.) and he also misunderstood when everyone was saying "10 tetrises" when they really meant "10 line clears", so that added to the confusion.
Steve definitely wasn’t carrying, but he wasn’t doing as bad as everyone was saying he did, he was definitely one of the slowest along with Ellum. Most of the others weren’t doing 3, most people were doing 4 with a couple doing 3 and 5. He didn’t deserve the pestering he got for it, but he was one of the weaker ones.

Yeah to be fair to Ellum the game is very ping dependant. I can get 0ms ping to speed test servers on the west coast of Canada and when I play with friends from east coast I usually get around 70-80 ping and it has a huge impact on gameplay for this game specifically
