Thank you so much! This just solidified everything for my student. We watched the video together. Thank you for the left hand pizzicato idea. Also, I appreciate you referring the word METRONOME! I always tell my students that the metronome is their best friend. When no one else is consistent, the metronome is.

Are you planning to do a video about La Folia (Corelli-Suzuki version)? This would be so good to hear your explanations about the difficult double stop passages and different tone colors for each variation.
I also had the same problems about having to stop 2 strings at once at La Folia by A.Corelli at the last 6 bars of the piece where i have this triple stop G(D string),D(A string) and E(open). I just can't stop G and D properly, the string is far from each other to be stopped to the fingerboard instead i end up to a half-pressed G and D.
Thank you for this great video, Todd There are many important teaching ideas in it. I think every Suzuki violin student should see it. I am looking forward to your next videos. There might be different editions of the Fiocco's Allegro, our edition may be different from the original manuscript despite cannot be considered wrong. Thanks for pointing that out!

Hi Kerstin, I can't do that version due to copyright. I will see if any other versions might be available that are similar enough to be of use. Todd

It's called a mordent, you go one note up then down again, kinda like grace notes. Go to 2:45 for more info :)
Thanks, pooispoois. I hope you can use the information to your advantage. Good luck!
