Fantastic to come across this adventure tonight. I literally put up a large image of my dear late twin brother as we camped in the valley leading up and out of Glyntawe in 2010. Same side and same valley you hiked in. Later you spoke of the cycle of life and death and anti matter. I thought, 'far out' we have a meaningful and purposeful hiker and wild camper for a change. Well, thank you. What a great starry night you had - another cosmic one. I enjoyed the route out and the views. It wasn't a waste - as you suggested, something is better than nothing. Brilliant.
