I have used Parsley Box for a couple of months now and will continue to do so. To me, it's to do with convenience and variety. These meals are not just for those who struggle to prepare meals - I'm able bodied, under 60 years old and don't have any health problems. I'm not lazy either, I just prefer to spend my time doing something other than cooking.
