Did anyone else think of Better Call Saul with the scheme of making his client look like a Saint? (It's from Season 4 Episode 8: Coushatta.) Being a fan of Hill Street Blues, I'm surprisingly just seeing this series for the first time. Somehow it got past me. I like that the original commercials are included.
Franz and Jurrasick are both good actors. I was disappointed when they made Buntz a comedy. I always liked his character as a tough detective. Thanks for the post
The perfect Spinoff for Hill Street Blues should have been...... " Hill Street Blues: Nightshift " They could have used all the same sets and police cars. They just plug in all new actors for the night shift. They could have used that BIG Desk Sergeant with the bald head who made several guest appearances on HSB as the night sarge. Some of the folks from the day shift could have worked overtime to give the new series continuity like Star Trek: DS9 did for Star Trek Next Generation.
Thank you for these videos….

Love Dennis Franz...his launch as Sal Benedetto was awesome. Still cracks me up. His characters are always entertaining. Thanks for sharing

They should have made this a Drama series instead of a comedy. Better yet, Bochco should have made
it a Musical Drama series. Hehe.
